This company has been texting and sending letters. They say i owe £26 pound from an acct with SSE. How maddening. I had a meter while i was with them approx 6/7 years ago, and left the meter with plenty of credit. Iv tried to log on to their website as they say i have an account. Put in the so called account number, when i put in the rest of my details.... They didn't match!!! I have tried numerous times to call and message ect with to no avail. They now say my time is running out, what that means i don't know. I'm not a well person, Ann's I'm struggling with a daughter who has a brain tumour, cancer, and has just found out she has cervical cancer too. O.k. at the end of my tether with this. Im now ringing SSE, but have been wasting my time for an hour now 😢😢

dont pay them , they are bullies and have very little power. Read up on your case as there is always a way out. Stay strong and stand up to bullies.

Received a penalty notice from Pastdue credit solutions in March 2020 for an £80 fine from DVLA. Not sure if it’s genuine, can anyone give me some advice please.....?

Unreachable. This company is one you would not expect to like but pastdue are almost impossible to deal with. Your emails are not responded to, phone calls go unanswered. My record hold time thus far is 1 hour before being cut off, prior to that I could not even call. You can't really 'shop elsewhere' in this case but its always good to report failings of companies.

I too have now received 3 texts telling me i have an outstanding account with the HMRC. I do not. I forwarded the text to HMRC as a phishing scam.

dodgy paperwork claiming they are collecting from hmrc. SCAM, do not pay these people if you owe tax etc pay through the hmrc web site not these past due credit parasites. they are chasing people for money at a time of a pandemic, when there is not enough money to go around.

This is NOT a 'scam' company! A supposed HM Revenue & Customs outstanding balance let to PDC Solutions sending me a letter. After reading their reviews on this site I though it was a 'scam' of some sort. I logged into to my HMRC account to find that I DID have an outstanding demand which was a little more than was stated in the letter. I paid the full amount to HMRC directly as it was the higher of the two figures. Based on the reviews I was expecting 'problems' with PDC Solutions but after I sent an explanatory email the company simply sent me a letter by return to confirm that that was an end to the matter. Totally professional. Don't be misled by the poor reviews on this site, you need to engage with PDC Solutions if they send you a letter and not simply dismiss it out of hand as I very nearly did. If you check on the HMRC website you will find that PDC Solutions ARE indeed used by them to collect outstanding account balances.

Following on from the last reviewer, I have sent the letter I received to HMRC (they have en email address for phishing, which I am not allowed to quote in this review - Google it) and will report to the police as well. This is a debt collection agency which has resorted to criminal activity, taking advantage of the pandemic.

SCAM STORY! I've come home tonight to find probably the most sophisticated SCAM PHISHING LETTER I've EVER COME ACROSS! This fraudulent company have bought my information amongst thousands of others in bulk in hope to con as many people as possible to make a nice hefty profit out of absolutely nothing because the debt DOES NOT EXIST! - they claim HMRC have employed them on their behalf to collect a 'debt' (which by the way, doesn't exist) and according to them it is a 'Covid-19' debt to help pay for the NHS - erm, the problem with that is, is that the NHS is paid for from taxes - which my employer pays as I'm PAYE. The best thing to do in this situation is telephone 101 or your local police force and report the company IMMEDIATELY as conducting fraudulent activities - then contact HMRC via their phishing email - phishing at hmrc.gov.uk - make sure to photograph the letter if possible and mention the company name 'Pastdue Credit Solutions' and send them the email, then leave a nice one star review as per what I did here among other websites and let's get this company shut down for good and hold the company directors, secretaries and those involved accountable. What a vile, utter waste of space of a company.

I had a dodgy looking letter from Past Due today. Badly written and very dodgily scanned to look like an official HMRC style letter. I googled the company and low and behold 95% negative ratings confirming my. I then visited the website to see a dodgy looking character standing there. If the letter is genuine, then HMRC would adjust my tax code. Also no phone number on the website. i am looking into suing for fraud once I have gathered all the info.

Clearly a scam. Received a letter from them today using HMRC and pandemic and saving NHS in their letter, absolute disgrace with everything going on right now.

This is a f****** scamming company. Received a false demand for £522 owing to HMRC. Emailed them to keep sending reminders as I use them as toilet paper during pandemic when they are in shortage.

As per everyone else's experience, Pastdue Credit Solutions tried to scam me. HMRC this time:they also try water bills, dvla, etc. As a small business, we get dozens of scams like this (funniest was from Korea alleging we owed money for 4 cargo ship engines!) We wish these scammers would just TRY working for a living instead of robbing people who do work.

I had a letter from this company says I owe tax to HMRC, I knew it was fraud because I work full time & HMRC could change my tax code and take any tax overdue easily. I haven't heard anything from HMRC at all. Fraud company, Just wondering there is no ombudsman or law in this country to ban these fraud companies trying their luck?
