United Kingdom | 16 April 2021Rang customer services got know where. Told them there details they have are incorrect. Was told it's for me to prove there wrong not for them to check them. Fair enough they will b checked by a judge and waste the courts time. When details should of been double checked before it got that far. Apparently it's a debt from March 2015. Over 6years ago. Was just repeatedly read a set text as a reply to anything I said. Don't waste ur money ringing them.

Only just dealing with my formal complaint, and being told the evidence ive provided isnt enough when i was told it was. Absolutly disgusting!!! Money grabbing scammers!!! This is harrassement

I repeatedly told them the payment day and time and ways to pay. Why the heck I needed to be on payment plan for £19.00 owed to three network

United Kingdom | 19 March 2021I Soo agree with several of previous "reviews". Pastdue company...I received a letter today but? you have been "sold a pup" in that I have NO OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS. My info has been passed to PD by Advantis. Past 6months+ I have asked Advantis for a)Branch b) date of transaction and, still in possession of my faculties, I already contacted large companies I have dealt with to CONFIRM what I know, that I do NOT OWE ANY COMPANY. Oh! and another "issue"? PD & Advantis do not have my full and legal name LOL (of course, they Do now!)

United Kingdom | 17 March 2021UPDATE:- Had a call today and must say they were fantastic dealing with my complaint and updating my account immediately. Think they should maybe have people answering the phone lines now and again though. I know we are in a pandemic but you can answer the phone anywhere! Anyway, thanks for sorting! Paid a Water Debt which they had from United Utilities even though the Property was vacant back in January, over 2 months ago. The phone lines have been closed for the whole time, I have opened tickets, wrote a complaint as they are sending letters out to the wrong person at an address nothing to do with the property. The payment was received by them and they won't acknowledge it. It seems like they aren't operating with any staff yet asking for automated payments online (which also do not work) hence the bank transfer to them which then does not feed back in to the automated payment process.

They said i owed money for electric bill but when i contacted my supplier i was told i didnt owe anything, everything was upto date and they havent sent anything to anybody. So how have these people randomly got all my details? No idea but they sure will harrass you over it. Do not pay them anything, block their numbers, report them. Disgusting how they can operate like this.

United Kingdom | 12 March 2021Just got a letter from these people that I apparently owed nearly 700 pounds from an unpaid water bill. The only issue with that is I was living with my parents at the time and furthermore a minor (under 16) when this supposed debt was accumulated the extent that people go to try and get money out of is disgusting.

United Kingdom | 12 March 2021Getting hounded by these people on a daily basis via email, phonecalls and texts about an amount of money I owe from an old sky TV contract. Funnily enough I have not had sky for at least four years (and never will again!!!!) I've never had a single letter or correspondence from Sky regarding this matter. Weird how all of a sudden these scammers have got hold of my details and are claiming I owe nearly £200. I've reported them to the authorities and blocked their number from calling me again. I strongly suggest you do the same!!!

United Kingdom | 11 March 2021i have tried to contact this company on lots of occasions to sort out how to set up a online account to pay my bill but they have made my address too long and it wont fit in the sign in box so i cant pay online this has been going on since the beginning of febuary and as for the 24 hour payment line dont even go there joke i am trying to sort this out while having a broken leg tibia fibia,broken wrist on one hand,broken fingers on the other they will probably get on here saying sign into your account and we will sort it out but this is why i am on here because it will not let me sign in to my account

And guess what today another email from this vile company past due credit, and impossible to get through . I am seeking legal advice on how to deal with this . Life is very stressful for everyone at the moment and these added stresses do no ones mental health any good .I AM LIVID

United Kingdom | 09 March 2021Charlatans is almost too gentle a term to apply... I have escalated a complaint to the financial ombudsman regarding their lack of ethics and their bullying practices. I owe nothing and despite them writing to me, whilst almost accepting this - they continue with their harassment. I would implore all who have issues to escalate to the Financial Ombudsman regarding this crowd. I can appreciate that most people will be exhausted by their tactics, but the best way of attacking their illegal practice and clear undermining of codes of practice is to close them down. Raise and share your experiences with the Financial Ombudsman and with enough evidence, they will be forced out of existence.

United Kingdom | 08 March 2021My strong advice is to never engage with this company and simply ignore any correspondence from them - it will save you time, money and heartache. I received a notice on an outstanding debt from Three after leaving the country and IMMEDIATELY logged on to Pastdue Credit's site to resolve the issue. I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot first, as the problems that followed seem to be the status quo of how this company operates its well-functioning scam. After paying the outstanding balance, I received an error that read "Authentication has been rejected by the Vendor due to insufficient authentication," but my bank records show a successful transfer. PDCS did NOT return the payment after the supposed "failed authentication," have NOT processed multiple attempts to dispute the account, and have NOT responded to phone calls and emails to multiple email addresses that I had to search for online because they seem to want to make contacting them impossible. My next steps are to write this review, as PDCS seems more responsive to correspondence on this site than they are to attempts to speak with them directly, and to contact the FCA.

United Kingdom | 04 March 2021I received a text to say insufficient funds in my account so I need to pay immediately or my plan will be cancelled. There were funds in my account. I phoned to explain but phone lines are closed due to covid. I tried to pay online but my email format was unacceptable???. I tried to contact their helpline but again unacceptable email format. I am still receiving texts asking for payment and my plan has been cancelled. I am now worried about bailiffs. But cannot contact anyone or make a payment. Shocking experience!!!!

Last week I started receiving emails from past due. If these bunch of jokers get my mobile number I'm sure they'll start hounding me like all the other sad f's that crawl out of the woodwork. Avoid these bunch if possible. I've called e-on and I'm not even on their records anymore. So how have past due brought my record?

United Kingdom | 23 February 2021I am not sure how this company works. Suddenly from nowhere I got a call from Pastdue to recover my balance amount from SKY. Since I was in meeting, I requested to call back. But they didn't. I got a message, mail and a letter to my home address to pay overdue amount. I have tried to pay by registering to their website. I have tried to pay using my debit and credit card (all together 5 times). But every time it shows as failed by showing error as "Authentication has been rejected by the Vendor due to insufficient authentication". The surprise I got later, once I reviewed my bank statement. It has been debited from all the 5 times. From then I am keep on trying to reach them via phone/email. But both are not responsive. While I am getting a sms everyday to pay my overdue. A very ugly and useless service. I don't know what I suppose to do. As per my bank statement, I have already paid 5 times and as per them I still need to pay. Very pathetic.
