United Kingdom | 25 November 2020They chased me for a £950 tax bill, no information or context whatsoever. Lots of letters. Finally I responded that I did not recognise them as I have had no information from them or from HMRC and they then replied I didn't owe any money. HMRC have all my details, they could contact me instead of a 2 bit bailif company. I can't believe they are partnered with government.

United Kingdom | 24 November 2020They chased me for months and months until I accidentally came across papers proving that all was paid and they and EON were wrong. Now they wont even talk to me 😂🤣😂.

United Kingdom | 22 November 2020This company seem to be affiliated with Water Plus - who said I owe 3k for outstanding bill - which I informed them that I do not, I am not the registered keeper. And Water Plus do not even supply the water to the property - joke! Water Plus have now passed this on to Past Due LTD - although I expect it is some kind of extravagant scam. I imagine that Water Plus is the water company name that are used to try and get money from people, and then if that doesn't work they pose as the debt collectors. Never give them details, and don't bother engaging with them would be my advice. Block their telephone no. and keep keep just their letters in a file. Has anyone ever got to court with these scum bags.......? You can report by searching: 'complain about a ltd company gov' , Action Fraud, Watchdog, FCA, etc.

United Kingdom | 20 November 2020Disgraceful company that should be struck off. Wrote to me seeking confirmation of my address; set up account on line as they asked with full address and contact number. They stated I owe HMRC £124 and asked me to settle this. I refused as I have no knowledge of debt requesting more details. Two weeks later I get a text message stating (on my mobile) that despite numerous attempts to get me to resolve this, debt remains outstanding. Tried to log into my account and got locked out as I obviously do not know my name; they cannot identify me by my mobile number (even though they sent me a text message); they will not answer the phone. This must be a scam and the police should investigate this operation.

United Kingdom | 19 November 2020Sadly, I fell for this scam. I’m normally 100% aware of scam mail etc but they said we owed money to HMRC and we sent money. However they then sent another letter saying we still owed the money. I logged online and it says they received the money. Ofcourse I now realise we didn’t owe HMRC and will never get our money back. Will be reporting to Ombudsman .

United Kingdom | 14 November 2020If there was a minus rating I would give them it. Totally f ing useless , the tech is crap , you can’t get hold of them , they have lost a payment of mine ! If this is a legitimate agency then god help people who are in serious debt because these people are a total joke and someone should be having a look into them

United Kingdom | 12 November 2020I've had a few letters from this 'company'. The first to confirm my address, followed by letters stating I have an outstanding balance with HMRC. I did not respond to any. On phoning HRMC they denied any debt outstanding. THIS IS A SCAM. Don't feel anxious and just make the call to the source company to confirm anything if you aren't sure.

France | 11 November 2020I have called past due several times and Scottish Power and explained the matter that this account has been closed and the matter resolved after the issue was escaled to the manager back in January 2018 and I do not understand why they brought it back again in 2020. I referred them to listen to all the phone conversations and notes on my account and advised past due to get back to their client Scottish Power, they agreed to do so but yet they keep sending me their rubbish bills with different amounts each time. Hello I owe them No money!

United Kingdom | 09 November 2020I would like to give no stars as this company are vultures who don’t give a damn about people. They contacted my husband asking for his details when it was nothing to do with him! They are a lousy company and should be reported for seriously breaching my GDPR. In short, they are scum!!

United Kingdom | 05 November 2020Wanted a (NO STAR) review but wouldn't let me. Received a letter saying I owe tax when I know 100% I don't because I always pay it off in 1 lump sum. I even called my accountant to clarify this for me and mentioned this company to her and she said they are just trying there luck. Don't bother giving them the time if day. I've just spent half hour of my life gathering info on them, that I will never get back. If you give these people money then you're why they exist and are part of the problem.

United Kingdom | 05 November 2020This is a company claiming money for due debts, so they'll never have a great revue, people don't want/or are able to pay, however if you are in a position to pay like myself, they're still terrible! I owe some money to British Gas, and know this is correct so I have no doubt that their requests for payment are legitimate. I paid the sum of money requested via their website, the money has been deducted from my bank, yet my account still states the money is due. They have closed their phone lines entirely due to covid, which is pretty pathetic, I work in customer service myself and remote working has been an easy transition for the company I work at, they have no excuse in this regard. Further more, I messaged them 4 days ago now to clarify what has happened to this money paid and have still received no response at all. Terrible company, I wouldn't blame you if you refuse to pay, they may never acknowledge they have received the money.

United Kingdom | 30 October 2020I wish I could give no stars!! Yesterday, I received an email saying they have been trying to contact me - a lie. And I should press the link for more information. I wasn't silly enough to press the link. I did, however, go on Google and look them up. Website seemed legitimate, but I still wasn't 100% sure because of the dodgy looking email. I thought I'd use my brain, and I contacted the company whom they claimed I owed money to and they confirmed my account was closed 4 years ago with no outstanding balances. If Past Due Credit get in touch with you, please look further into it. I dread to think the people who fall for it!

United Kingdom | 29 October 2020Report to financial ombudsman service. What this company are doing to people is harrassement and their emails are a criminal offence. Do not call them. Report and put into spam. They do not even deserve 1 star!!

United Kingdom | 23 October 2020Received a message and then an email from these who stated they were contacting me regarding an account with EON, I do not have an account with them, having successfully gained compensation from this company last year for appalling substandard service, I have put their messages in the SPAM box and will not be replying to these as I have no contract with them,I have since read their dreadful reviews on here.Harassing people at this most difficult time, these need to be taken to the ombudsmen.Further to their nonsense they wrote to me offering a discount to their fictional bill on behalf of EON 50% OFF I'll reiterate I don't have a bill with EON they have already paid me compensation I am expecting an answer soon to my complaint about these chancers from the financial ombudsman.
