Had a text message and phone call from this company. Checked the account which says I owe HMRC £122.00. I do not owe HMRC any money and have double checked this. This is a scam and they are a disgusting company based on what I have read about them so far. Do not pay them. Ask for proof of debt. Do not give them your personal information.

Having the same problem as everyone elSe who has wrote a review. Requested a proof of debt but they just keep emailing back telling us to log in to pay or it’ll affect credit score. Tried calling but again Covid-19 excuse.

After no response from SSE about putting this dreadful company onto me I came on here to see what others thought , after writing my review I got so angry reading others , I then went to onto resolve , Twitter, Facebook, who ever I could think of and guess what SSE called me to say they have contacted them as I don’t owe them anything, I’ve blocked their number, e-mails , texts and stuffed their letter in post box saying return to sender! I advise people don’t bother calling them go direct to who they say you owe and slate them on social media , they won’t be long in getting it sorted or saying they have!

I phoned them, they asked me to email them proof that plusnet had confirmed I owed nothing. I tried but their email box was full. Plusnet and pastdue credit are both bullying liers. If you get a debt letter do not pay. Oh did you know that not paying pastdue will not effect your credit rating.

Suspect Scammers! Have received 2 letters from PastDue Credit demanding £48ish for a mobile bill which I know I don't owe. Paying that amount is no problem, but that's not the point. Like most reviewers here, I've tried calling & emailing them but no response. I'm actually willing to go to court if things go that far & in return I'll be suing them for harassment & stress compensation so we'll see if they continue with these bullying tactics. Been receiving texts, letters for about a week. Apparently I owe £412 in tax to help fight Covid 19. Total scam, please ignore

There is no one to take calls or answer emails so it's like a haunted company that's still sending letters that stress you out, yet there is no option to resolve things. I paid a tax bill ages ago and they are still on my case. Terrible business causing much stress at a time when it is not needed. Shame on them!

I keep getting emails from this company regarding a BT account, I have checked with BT when I left I got a refund and no balance due. To log into their website they want your name and address , they keep saying they have sent a letter which they haven't. I would definitely say it appears to be a scam. Bogus claim , Fraud . Do not reply to these.

Sent me an £1100 bill for five weeks electricity from Eon in the name of a person who is never lived at my address as I have lived there all my life and nobody else. No as I’m not producing aluminium at my house this is clearly a scam company. When you try to contact them it’s all Covid off excuses. Useless service HMRC / Uk government are useless at contracting. No standards set to meet customer satisfaction. Sent them and an e mail with specific information request, nothing in response sent back. Endless time spent on telephone. Solution. Get rid of them

SCAM They sent me a letter for an unpaid HMRC bill for £707 which I don't owe. Using the COVID-19 as an excuse why I should pay my tax bill. I don't owe HMRC anything Total SCAM

This is scam please please do not response to any email messages or phone calls. I have been getting emails from this company over a 8 months. My BT bill is not been paid. I have contacted BT several times. BT account is totally clear nothing to be paid. They have told me not to respond it is probably a scam. I’m getting harassed by these kind of emails. I’m been insured by BT my account is fully up to date any no need to worry about it. But uk.trustpilot.com should be banned these type of business. Please help.

Please people be aware, completely a scam company. Ignore their all letters, emails, texts and any form of messages. This company would create a lot of anxiety to vulnerable old people, esoecislly pensioners who are not up to new technology

I have just received a letter today after them sending numerous text messages to me claiming that I owe HM Revenue £591. I am an accountant myself, and I do my own tax returns. This is disgustingly a scam and they should be closed down immediately.

Got two spam text messages claiming to be from hmrc - contacted hmrc who told me to ignore them.

SCAM WARNING. They sent us a bill for 80 odd quid for Plusnet. We contacted Plusnet, and never heard if them. Do not give them any money, its a scam. Oh their website is showing 5 stars on trust pilot. That tells it all about this shower.

Staggeringly corrupt organisation, send people threatening letters and then refuse to talk to them about it. I don't owe them any money but they made up some crap they said I owed them £35. I challenged them, they now owe me £197,000 in damages but refuse to pay up. They don't like it when the shoe is on the other foot, they belong in prison.
