On the 4th Feb, I received a 2nd letter from this company claiming I owe them £37.10 for Scottish Power Bill?(I have NEVER held an account with Scottish Power). I am on a pay as you go meter, so there is no way I would owe anyone any money anyway. So After the 1st letter, I rang Scottish Power who confirms I do not owe this money. I was told to ignore the letter? I ignored the letter BUT they sent another letter to my old address from 10 years ago, luckily it is a family member and gave me the letter. In turn I sent via Special Delivery a prove it letter that I actually owe this money. NY353914122GB- this letter was redirected by the Glasgow Office and is now in a Delivery Office in Tottenham London? I sent a complaint letter via email as well with no reply. I have phoned all the numbers listed for them yet the only number available is the one to hand over your card details? I have now gone back to Scottish Power asking them for a letter to prove I do not owe this money in case it should go to court at a later date. Whilst the company is showing as a legal company on companies house and the company is still showing as active, no one is able to ring them, e-mail them etc. My next step is to open up and FCA complaints and also seek advise from Action Fraud. UPDATE - I just received an mail from Scottish Power to say they have removed a debt from my account (that was never mine to begin with) and I was to forward the mail to Pastdue Credit Solutions? I have now done this. Lets see what happens next??? I wont hold my breath.

I've had an email from this company not really explaining what they are after but it says RE: SKY, But i haven't had an account with for over 2 years and that account was settled, it wont let me log in to the link they had sent me in the email so im assuming it a scam? Anyone else had this issue?

When you finally get through to them after 35 mins on hold they tell you different information than energy companies

After a mix up with an energy supplier where i ended up paying the bill for my neighbor by accident, this company was sent to recover the funds for my own property. As i'd moved out of the short term let they had to track me down and send threatening letters. i got the mix up sorted directly with the energy suppliers and a refund so was happy to pay but PDCS systems are so dreadful that it wasnt possible. every online payment was taken out of my account and then returned every phone call was to an automated service which rejected my payment... i sent an email in to them explaining i'm happy to pay and then months later i get another threatening letter. i tried this morning to pay over their auto phone service and i was told it was rejected. so i log on to the website and finally the payment goes through! hurray! Except the phone payment also left my account despite being told it hadnt. now i have nobody to contact to get the money returned, because they dont have actual breathing humans working for them, just the odd chap who replies to emails months down the line. now the company owes me over a grand and i bet they'll do sweet F.A. about it too! What an absolute disgrace of a company.

Omnishambles. Received a spurious letter to my house addressed to my late father chasing alleged debts. He never lived with us and we sorted the outstanding fee's directly previously when he died. Either a scam or issue with British Gas. After hours trying to call, all you get is hold music. All routes of contact are either to hold music or to make a payment - not to discuss. Horrible company.

Kept harassing me for a bill that was supposed to of been unpaid. When I requested where the payment had gone they then sent more emails requesting payment. Extremely slow in responding, no answer to phone calls tried to be made.

Total scam I supposedly owed £193.47 to E.ON for Electricity. Yet I’ve not had an Account with E.ON since December 2019 as I paid my remaining balance and closed my account with E.ON. All they want is to make a quick few quid and get your bank details . LCSDR did phone and confirm this. So for obvious reasons the Fraud Squad have been informed.

They contacted me for a debt with BT of £138.00, I set an arrangement payment and I paid £50. They took the money and then they sent me a text saying they broke the arrangement and payment defaults. But they took the money anyway. SCAM! Edit: I contacted them with their online website, after I sent the request for contact me they said: “Our business is temporary closed and we will put your account on hold” But they still this morning sending me email and text about this!

Having been chased by Three when I had frequently already tried to solve the issue with their agents tied to a script from which they couldn't deviate, Three have now moved the issue to this useless bunch. Their website won't accept my details no matter how often I try and their phone number keeps assuring me they 'promote excellence' and have 'fantastic customer service'. Must be somewhere else, because the previous reviewers certainly haven'f found it either! Stayed on line for +/- 15 minutes and had 3 ringing tones, all of which went unanswered. Seems they have much in common with Three: they can ignore your attempts to access them but then bombard you with emails, texts, letters. One way communication! As Which says, people will remember those companies that have treated them badly, when the pandemic is over. 03/02/2021. This gets more and more ridiculous! Pastdue now phone me but don't leave messages. However, they do send texts telling me 'Unfortunately, this matter remains unresolved' and advising me to log on to their website. I try that...and it won't accept my name and address even though it has my Customer ID correct. I then try phoning, but neither of their numbers will put me through to an agent...and the recorded message advises me to go on to their website and....! Why do I get the feeling I'm going round in circles, with absolutely no way of sorting this? This communication is one way and they don't even respond to the letters I sent! FRUSTRATED!!!!

TOTAL SCAM they are chasing me for Scottish Power debt that does not exist going back to 2019 Scottish Power have confirmed 6 times no the account is zero and I dont owe a penny. So I just tried emailing the email address that pastdue suggest emailing and got a bounceback email in Spanish saying it had not be delivered. I can see how easy it would be to be scared by this letter and just pay it especially older people. I suspect this is FRAUD if you ring the number the only option is to pay the so called debt. Ive escalated a complaint to Scottish Power we’ll see where that goes but if you get a letter like this handle with care and definitely dont pay something you dont recognise. NB the reply below is asking me to email an email address that has a bounceback in Spanish saying that the email could not be delivered. Scottish Power confirmed to me for the 7th time there is no outstanding balance and that this is not genuine.

This is the worst way to pay a bill . Its not secure and its untracable. Ive made a £50 payment though this company to a tesco mobile bill which has not reached them . They take no responsibility what so ever. Ive made call after call to get this resolved . I even have the payment reference number off sagepay of which pastdue wouldnt accept . Told me to chase it up through my bank myself. AWFUL !!!!

Had a letter from this company stating that I owe SSE money. Tried to call the company twice and had to keep waiting for nearly an hour each time, not got an answer so decided to log in so put my so called account number in and never got any further, so tried doing it again and still not got further. In end messaged them and left my number and email address not heard anything yet so am hoping early next week may get a reply. At this time I feel like I am being scammed

Absolutely awful company. After conning my elderly parents to pay a water bill debt, they hung up. When ringing back, they were told the the payment failed to go through and the phone went dead. They tried again twice (fearing bailiffs) and the same thing happened. Pastdue had in fact taken 3 payments in total and when speaking to the water company, they said they still needed to be paid and added extra charges on. My elderly parents have now paid over 4x the original amount due. This company has no morals or ethics and seem to enjoy stealing from old people.

This company is absolute disgraceful, people please don't pay them even they are trying to contact you or threaten letter. I'm highly surprise our government still allowing this company exists, seriously this company need enforcement to be shut down, they don't care about people or how they are feeling. I've been harassed by them like multiple times now since it started of with this Npower, Npower got this company to harass me for no reason. Npower even admitted they'd made mistake for getting my address wrong and they end up owing me money back in 2019. It has been since a year from 2019 till 2020, Npower got hot headed and started accused me for this stupid debt I'd never owe because of their stupidity for making mistake for wrong address. Anyway, they got Pastdue to pest at me for no reason they've been sending me threat letters to say 'You must pay this debt'. I'm emotional damage from this and now I'm getting solicitor involve with this for harassment and emotional damage that they had caused me. Pastdue said they will clear the debt but they never did, they was still at it, they sneaked behind my back, did credit check on me to stalk where I was and they found information from my O2 contract, was at it again. They've been sending letters to my mother's house and now my partner's house, like what the hell. I got psychical strong evidence that I never lived at the address that they are accusing me of, this company is so bad- they like to accuse everyone for nothing, without no physical proof, they thought my O2 contract was a physical proof but it wouldn't.

Received a letter from this company, claiming that we owed debts of over £1000 to EDF energy whom we have never been a customer of. We contacted EDF energy and they confirmed that this was indeed a SCAM letter which was incorrect in several areas. My advice to anyone else receiving texts, emails or letters from this company is to contact the company from which they claim you owe money to. This will be reported to the police as fraud. Stay safe everyone.

This company has been harassing me for months. I go on to their website to try to contact them about what this is about as I have no clue. I put my address in to access my account and it's saying it does not match. I have tried calling them on numerous occasions to find out what is going on and I cannot get through. I am a key worker and work in the care industry and have been flat out during this pandemic situation and throughout I have been hassled without any way of getting in contact. Disgusting company just trying to harass people into giving them money. Their practices really need looking into.
