They used to be great. This year their system kept asking me the same questions over and over again, delaying the process until I now have to pay them to file an extension. Their rates have gone up and their people are do not seem to have the expertise they used to.

I had such a pleasant experience with Taxes for Expats. I was always afraid I was asking too many questions for my tax advisor, but I always got my questions answered promptly and politely. I never felt as if I was being ignored. It is a little expensive, but I do think it's worth it since there is a lot of paperwork to do. I really recommend it here!

It's the second time I use TFX and again I had an excellent experience. It takes some time to fill in the Tax Questionnaire, but once that is done TFX has all the necessary information to fill in the tax return in the best possible way. The person who assisted me and took care of my tax return this year was excellent, very knowledgable, and also answered my questions precisely and exhaustively.
