Currently working on a class lawsuit for this scam company. Update: I did reach out via phone and email…no one has yet to reply to my email and I keep getting the “voicemail” when I reach out via phone (how ironic) 7-10 business has exceeded and I have YET to receive my refund like I stated!

We were delayed for our arrival to the hotel reserved by one day. We were not able to contact or talk to anyone about this. Left message and nobody contacted us later. The hotel would not talk to us either due to booking thru a third party. Very upsetting experience and will keep us from using your site again. Kari H Allen

I was looking for a hotel in Vegas and Prestigia offered a great price so I made the reservation. About an hour later I got an email from Prestigia noting that I'd reserved a king bed, but they have 2 doubles instead, is that okay? I said I hoped to share a bed with my spouse and a double wouldn't cut it. They came back and said there was a king executive suite, would that be okay? I said yes. Prestigia said they would make the change, that I could confirm the reservation with the hotel, and I could cancel without cost for 24 hours. I called the hotel and they said I had a reservation for "a one or two-bed room" depending on what was available at check-in. I told them that I was told I had a single king. They said an executive room was not on the table, and they couldn't guarantee a king bed. They said they couldn't speak to whatever Prestigia promised, and suggested I speak with Prestigia. Prestigia confirmed that they could only request the king room; so I could go ahead with the reservation and hope I get a king room, or I could cancel for a full refund. I cancelled. Prestigia sent a cancellation notice, saying I would get my refund within 7 to 10 business days. Seems like they could have just cancelled the transaction, but okay. On the 9th business day, I emailed Prestigia noting that they had promised me my refund by the next day. They assured me that "we are monitoring the process and will ensure that your refund is processed as expected." I did not received the refund as promised. I emailed again and was assured that "we are actively working with our team to expedite the processing of your refund and ensure that it is completed as soon as possible." I also emailed Kayak which is who connected me with Prestigia, as someone said they got some traction by connecting with the company that directed them to Prestigia. It appears that this is a company that does make reservations, hence the positive reviews they get, but there appears to be a clear pattern of them not processing refunds as promised. I am also bothered that they knew they were making a "reservation" for me they could not fulfill. Presumably they hoped that I would not check with the hotel, that I would get there, find out I only had a 'request' for a king room, but would be outside the cancellation window and would be SOL. Maybe. Maybe they like cancellations since they do not honor their pledge to refund. After posting my review and getting Kayak involved, Prestigia responded below that they had processed my refund. They listed a refund amount a couple of bucks less than they'd charged me. I asked several time about the discrepancy and they did not respond, but I did get nearly a full refund. I definitely will not use Prestigia again, and would never recommend them. (And I'm kind of ticked at Kayak for working with them.)

Booked a hotel through this company, the hotel rejected the booking and the company kept the money and didn’t return it as it was not refundable. Pure scammers, when we tried to contact prestigia they offered zero help to get our money back other than a copy and paste apology.

I'm pretty sure they are running a scam with many hotels. I booked a room in Agadir, Morocco, with them. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told they do not have my booking and have never heard of Prestigia, and they were fully booked. I was then told by Prestigia that the hotel had my booking but cancelled it as I am blacklisted from the hotel due to issues from a previous visit (I had never even been to Morocco prior to this trip). I was told by Prestigia that they could not refund my booking as it was under the non-refundable booking. Even though I did not cancel it, the hotel did. Absolute joke, do not use this company.

During hotel selection, I specifically searched for hotels that included breakfast, so I was disappointed to find out upon arrival that breakfast was not included and had to be paid for separately.

After weeks (literally) of trying to get a refund from Presigia, getting lame excuses instead, i contacted Trivago to protest. Miracolo! The very next day i got my refund. Edit after reply: I cancelled on January 27th and got my full refund on March 12th. I doubt bank processing takes that much time in the year 2025

I didn’t like how I was allowed to book a hotel that I wasn’t old enough to stay at. It caused issues when I tried to check into the hotel.

I booked 2 rooms at a hotel and was charged for 3. I tried to recoup the payment for the extra room they had charged for, but to cancel it would have cost an extra $680. I then went and checked in at the hotel only to find out there was only 2 bookings in my name.

The Prestigia hotel at Orlando is new compared to the other hotels in the area. Hotel is located in an area which had appeared to be a shopping area which never got built. Lots construction fencing and tall weeds. The outside of the hotel is clean and well maintained. The parking is well lighted at night. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our check-in and check-out were handled quickly. Our room was exactly as pictured on the website with all the amenities you would expect. The room clean with minimal appearance of ware on the furniture. The beds were comfortable and not to stiff. The room clean and neat upon entry. The air condition worked well and was not noisy. We didn't use the small pool or exercise room, but they are available. I would like to see more USB plugins available on the single nightstand as everyone has more than 2 devices. We opted for the morning breakfast ($15 U.S. per person which is faster and cheaper than eating at local sit down). It featured the standard select coffee, juices, teas, waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage, oatmeal and fruit. We didn't use the shuttle services since we weren't going the any of the big parks in the area, but it was available. If you expecting to be able walk to locale restaurants or shopping, there are none in the immediate area of the hotel so having some type of transportation will be necessary. Overall, we enjoyed are stay and recommend it to anyone staying in the Orlando who wanted a comfortable, clean and well cared for hotel. We will be looking out for this hotel brand when we are on East coast of the US or in Europe.
