This company should not be trusted. During our search on the Trivago.com website it seemed they offered the best deal. So on January 14th we booked 2 rooms with them and cancelled them the same day because the price they offered wasn't anymore the price we finally needed to pay at the payment checkout. Directly after we cancelled the rooms, we received a confirmation notification. They promised us a refund within 7 tot maximum 10 working days. Now more than a month later we still didn't received our money back. We already send them several e-mails always getting responded with the same old stories. "We sincerely apologize for the prolonged delay in processing your refund. We understand that this situation is frustrating and not in line with the service standards we aim to provide. Please be reassured that your refund is still in process, but it is taking more time than usual. At this point, we have escalated your case to higher management to ensure it receives the urgent attention it requires for a swift resolution. We deeply regret the time this is taking and appreciate your continued patience. We will keep you updated and provide any further information as soon as possible. If you need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us." It's a shame to believe that we are being scammed by a Trivago recommended website/brooker. So dear people, stay away from these fraudulent and criminal practices and stop booking your stays through Prestigia.com and Trivago.com ! By the way @prestigia.com our booking number (***3030) is mentioned in attachment. So please don't ask it anymore in your stereotypical answer on this dramatic review. (that should be rated with a big zero score instead of a one star).

Une belle escroquerie: Prestigia propose des Hôtels….. fermés depuis des mois! Nous avons payé un séjour en 2024. Nous avons contacté l’hôtel pour un renseignement, qui nous informe qu’il est fermé: château de l’Ile à Strasbourg. Nous avons demandé le remboursement à Prestigia… qui nous balade depuis 5 mois. Nous avons saisi la justice. À éviter!!!!

DO NOT use this company. I have been waiting for a refund from my trip to Iceland since November (it's February) when my hotel room didn't have heat. I've emailed and called multiple times. They continue to tell me they are working on it, but they aren't. This company is a scam. I just spoke to a live representative (2/17) at Prestigia that confirmed a refund has NOT been issued. This company also lies. Please stay away.

This company should not be trusted. We booked five rooms with them and canceled them within the free cancellation period. When we first canceled the rooms, we received a confirmation notification. One day later, we started receiving messages that they had upgraded our rooms and sent us a new confirmation email for a booking. When we looked at our credit card statement, we noticed they had charged us twice for the same booking. They are making it extremely difficult to get our money back

Ich kann die schlechten Erfahrungen überhaupt nicht bestätigen. Über Prestigia wurde ein Hotelzimmer in New York gebucht. Auf Nachfrage beim Hotel, ob diese Buchung denn auch vorliegt, haben wir eine positive Rückmeldung, dass die Reservierung vorhanden ist, bekommen. Leider mussten wir die Buchung stornieren, welches ganz unkompliziert war. Das Geld wurde ca. innerhalb 7 Tagen auf unser Konto zurückgebucht. Somit hat alles bestens geklappt.

Non existent customer service. I cancelled a hotel booking on 14/1/25, am due a full refund (nearly £,1000). Was told 5-10 working days. It’s now 20+ days. Had a perfunctory email saying it’s in hand a week ago. Still nothing. Called the UK number and it said “no operators available”. Very frustrating as I need the refund and am entitled to it! My advise is don’t use Prestigia.

Ich kann leider auch nur warnen. Seit Mitte Dezember laufe ich nun meinem Geld hinterher. Ich werde nur vertröstet. Immer wieder kommen automatisch Mails in denen versprochen wird dass es in der Bearbeitung ist. Leider ist immer noch nichts passiert und eine konkreten Aussage wann die Gutschrift kommt erhalte ich auch nach direktem Nachfragen nicht. Leider muss ich nun einengt Anwalt einschalten. Dies ist sehr ärgerlich.
