Germany | 24 April 2024Wir haben Hotelzimmer in München über Prestigia. Com Seite gebucht, ekne Bestätigung bekommen und vor Ort waren wir überrascht, dass kein Zimmer für uns reserviert wurde. Das Personal vom Hotel sagte, dass über diese Seite ist eine Buchung bei denen gar nicht möglich und es handele sich um einen Betrug. Die Firma hat keine Telefonnummer in Deutschland und daher musste ich per Email Kontakt aufnehmen. Die schrieben, dass ich darüber per Email informiert würde und das Geld wird innerhalb 7-10 Tagen zurückerstattet. Diese ist bis heute nicht geschehen. Meine Klntakte 10 Tagen hat auch nichts gebracht. Finger weg von dieser Seite, sehr unseriös!!!!!!

Iran | 24 April 2024"It was a good suite on the second floor in West London W6, very close to Hammersmith tube station at a reasonable price. However, it is not suitable for people who have trouble climbing narrow and short stairs. There was a problem with the shower in the bathroom, and the heating system was also experiencing issues, but they provided us with a small electric heater. The staff were very kind and polite. Additionally, make sure to bring special power converters for your trip to London."

Denmark | 23 April 2024My boyfriend and I cancelled a trip and Prestigia wrote to us that we would get our refund within 3-5 business days. We have NOT received our refund, despite writing and calling them. We have tried calling them plenty of times, however, only resultning in being in line for +30 minutes and then they hang up on us. This has happenede several times!! It is a lot of money as it should have been a long stay, so we need them! Do we really have to contact our card issuer?? Edit: We received our money now

United Kingdom | 23 April 2024Booking - I booked a Studio Suite in Liverpool for 24 & 25 November 2023 specifying a twin room for two mature males and received a Booking Confirmation for a twin room. Complaint – On arrival at Staybridge Suites we found that the room was configured as a double. We requested reception change the room or provide an additional single room or bed. We were advised that the hotel was fully booked and that in any event all of the rooms were doubles. We tried to find alternative accommodation but last minute it was going to cost us another £450 to get a second room as it was a very busy weekend with premium rates applying. This was very embarrassing and not what was booked. We were told to write and complain by Staybridge Suites Hotel. I wrote to both Prestigia (The Agent) and Staybrige (The Property) Complaint - I raised complaint in writing requesting a refund. I have followed up and on both occasions I have received confirmation the matter is being "looked in to" and they will revert. Lots of companies make mistakes but the good ones know its important to sort them promptly. Update 23 Apr 24 Thanks for your response. In my complaint of 4 Jan I sent you a copy of your own confirmation of my booking of a Twin Room. I suggest you read the documentation submitted with the original complaint. The hotel have said they do not have twin rooms. I still believe they ought to have accepted partial responsibility as you are their agent. Between you can you sort out what you want my customer experience to be. It shouldn't take a letter, 20 Emails and a Trustpilot review to sort out disgruntled customers.

Una semana más tarde la cancelé cuándo aún tenía derecho al 100% del reembolso y recibí un mail confirmándome la cancelación e informándome que de 3 a 5 días se me reembolsaría el dinero. Ha pasado más de una semana y aún no he recibido el reembolso y el cargo de la reserba sigue apareciendo en mi tarjeta. Mandé un mail para aclarar la situación y no responden. No recomiendo para nada reservar con ellos, empresa poco seria y con tintes de estafa.

United Kingdom | 19 April 2024Prestigia took my payment but never sent me a confirmation email. When I followed up they said I would receive it shortly once the booking had been processed. A week later I received an email saying they were cancelling my booking and offered a much worse alternative. It’s now been another week and I still haven’t received my refund and have been told I shouldn’t expect to receive it until next week at the earliest. Unacceptable.

United Kingdom | 19 April 2024This company is an absolute joke and a scam…they charged two different cards…and they show payment failed on the website but still take the money. This is an error on their website yet they still charge customers!!! When you go to refund one they take 3 weeks for the refund and then they don’t refund the full amount. Avoid at all costs and take notice any good reviews are automated new accounts! Trust the bad reviews they are a nightmare to deal with and any cost saving is not worth the endless headache and battle you will have to endure!! I want my full refund and i will not stop until i get my whole amount!

Hoy dia hay muchas compañías que velan por su prestigio y honradez y se dedican a lo mismo: reservas de hoteles. Siempre hay espacio para mejorar. Las redes sociales tienen mucha influencia, por ello las compañías deben atender los reclamos de inmediato.

Made reservation and received the resrvation 060424-OLEA-1546671 with a detail there would be an additioanl $200+ fee undisclosed prior to booking. Thought glad it is completely refundedable and immediately cancelled. Received cancellation notice that refund would be coming in 3 to 5 business days (April 5th). It is now April 17th and no refund, and no answers from their telephone, either. Per others extensively, Co is a scam
