I have sent 4 emails, each one has been replied to with an apology and a promise to expedite the processing of my refund. Still nothing - beware!

Philippines | 04 March 2025Booked an additional room as my flight changed so added an additional night only for the flight to change 2 hours later again and so cancelled my room in New York in January. Got the email saying a refund is coming, almost 2 months and multiple phone calls later there is no refund. I booked the room for 2 hours before I cancelled and still they keep making excuses about they have so many refunds to process, that’s if someone answers. My booking reference is 150125-BREN-1653282 if someone from the company wants to help me get a refund. How can they do this to people. There is no excuse not to honour their agreement. Update! 5 days ago Prestigia responded that they have processed my refund. This is not true. January 15 I paid for the hotel for 2 hours, still no refund. Their business model is to steal money from people. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. DO NOT RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY BROKE THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS, NOT JUST FOR ME BUT ALL THE OTHER COMPLAINTS HERE.

We had to pay £500 extra for 4 days as the rates had gone up . Never use this company.bwhen you get through they fob you off and they are not UK based so no come back. They are just regulated should at all costs
