Booked a hotel room for two nights in July and paid instantly. A friend booked the same hotel for the same dates - he decided to call the hotel to check his reservation and see if he could request a twin room. When he called, the hotel had no record of his booking. I then called and found that I was in the same position. Contacted Prestigia and they assured me that we did have a booking. Not long after that assurance came an urgent email - Prestigia had now confirmed that we did not have a booking and they couldn’t find an alternative. We’ve now had to shell out far more money for alternative accommodation - if we’d chosen to book with the hotel direct, it would have cost us a little more but we would definitely have a booking. Have given two stars rather than one, as the customer service team did process our refund within a few days. Won’t be using Prestigia again. Updated with ref as requested: 090225-KELL-1662740

Went online looking for low priced rooms in Reno, NV. Found reasonable rates $76 per night through Prestigia.com. Made reservations for 2 rooms, 2 nights. Check in, check out went smoothly. I found out after the fact that Prestigia had charged me $244.46. I assumed that this was for the actual rooms plus fees in advance. I inquired online after also being charged an additional $189 per night from the hotel. $625 for a 2 night stay!!!! $473 more than I bargained for!!. Initially the person I was chatting with online became focused with the charges from the hotel. I continually asked what was the $244 charge from Prestigia for. Eventually she said that that charge was for MAKING THE RESERVATION.....SAY THAT AGAIN!!!. Not only did the hotel charge me roughly 3 times more per night but Prestigia charged me an additional $244 for the privlidge of using their web site. WTF.....!!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEIR SO CALLED SERVICES!!! If any buisiness deserves a ZERO STARS it's Prestigia. I recieved a response from Prestigia after posting this review. Evidently it's my fault for being scammed. They say $244 service fee was clearly written on my booking information, that I was aware of it before I gave them my payment information and I just misunderstood that I was giving my money away. Only one problem with that, any charges related to Prestigia were not shown on the web site nor on the one page of booking confirmation I did recieve. More lies and bait and switch. The hotel gladly took care of adjusting my bill to reflect the correct charges. Unfortunately Prestigia did NOTHING to make it right AND made more money by making my reservation than I paid for the 2 day stay at the hotel. Do yourself a big favor. Call and book your own reservations or use a trusted, reputable service, just make sure its NOT Prestigia.com

They do not deserve even 1 star and should not be allowed to operate. I got scammed back in September, booking a premium, iconic hotel in Belfast and when I turned up, I was told the hotel does not have my booking. The hotel then advised me this has happened several times and that I must be booked in at the Premier Inn around the corner. If you look up Titanic Belfast vs Premier Inn, you will see the difference in price and standard. The company refused to refund me and said because I accepted to stay for full 3 nights at premier inn, i accepted their t&Cs which is out of order, expecting a single woman to be looking for another hotel to stay in the middle of the night in a strange city, when I have already forked out £650! Absolutely disgusting. I then found out Premier Inn advised me this has happened 10 times already over the last 2 weeks. The company keeps on doing this to others, even on peoples anniversaries. I will not stop until I get someone onto them as this is pure SCAM. Charging for premium hotel and scamming customers and booking them into low standard hotel. Why are they allowed to keep on doing this? AVOID!

Nous avions réservé 4 nuits d’hôtel à agadir Maroc.Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été informé qu’aucune réservation n’avait été effectuée. Malgré nos demandes,de remboursement, rien ne s’est passé.Prestigia est une agence d’escrocs et de voleurs, d’arnaqueurs . Et vous avez à faire à un robot qui vous débité les mêmes inepties, lorsque vous essayez de communiquer avec eux.Donc à faire absolument.

I booked a room through Prestigia and needed to make an additional request to the booking. They told me to contact the hotel directly to fulfill my request. It's lucky I did because the hotel told me they had no record of my booking! I contacted Prestigia about this and they confirmed that they hadn't actually booked the room I paid for and that's when they did the old bait-and-switch. They wanted to swap my country manor hotel booking to a run-down city airport booking. Appalling tactic and I wish I'd Googled them beforehand.

Les paso los datos de la reseva. Ya veo que no la localizan porque deben de tener mil casos iguales. Reserva número: 311024-RIPO-1634705. Son dos habitaciones en el hotel Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London. La próxima que indiquen en internet que han devuelto el dinero, que sea verdad!!! Un saludo A pesar de que mentis diciendo q habeis procedido a la devolución y que tengo que tener el dinero en cuenta. Es todo mentira. Estafan sin hacer las reservas y cuando queda poco para el viaje te lo sueltan. Tuvimos que pagar mucho mas porq ya era ultima hora y encima aun esty esperando la devolución. Desde el puente de Diciembre aun siguen con mi dinero despues de haberme cancelado ellos.

I would give it a 0 if possible. I booked two rooms on 10/31/24 and cancelled immediately as the price double from what was quoted. They claim that one room was non-refundable, but would refund the other. After over a dozen emails to them, no one will give me proof that the one room is non-refundable. They have yet to refund anything - it is now 2/18/25. They keep emailing that they are going to refund only one room, but nothing. I called and left a voice mail, and nothing. This company is a SCAM! My next step is to try to file a complaint in Gibraltar where they are registered.

I've booked with prestigia.com on my Montreal trip for 6 days in Le Westin Montreal for Febuary 3-9. After booking prestigia sent a confirmation but also sent another email saying "Hello, thank you for visiting Prestigia.com.We noticed that you were interested in Le Westin Montreal." I've clicked the coninue booking not realizing that my first booking was already done. As soon as I realized that the first booking I already went thru I'd cancelled the the second booking. Its been 1 month and 3 week since i cancelled the second booking (100125-URFA-1651989) till now I have not receive my refund which I'm now getting interest charge on my card. I've called prestigia.com every single day and all they say its been escalated to finance department. I've asked for the manager to call me but no one calls tried multiple times still no luck of getting my money back.

Absolutely terrible was due a refund before Christmas and keep getting fobbed over email. Avoid at all costs they keep saying they will refund me then it has changed to they will look into it. I have proof it was cancelled well within the time frames as they also confirmed this. Disgusting customer service and business ethics

I booked a hotel room at the Virgin Hotel Curio Collection Las Vegas. I cancelled the room on January 24th, 2025, before the deadline to cancel (January 28th, 2025) without being charged. The cancellation was confirmed ( 181224-JONE-1646072) by Prestigia and they advised that I would receive a full refund within 7 to 10 business days. I followed up with emails and called Prestigia. No refund to date.
