France | 17 April 2024I booked a room through Prestigia, which was paid right away. Felt that something was fishy with the confirmation email, so I called the hotel to check that they had my booking. Well, good on me for calling because they had no booking under my name ! I contacted Prestigia a good four days before the date, and all they could say was "please wait while we check", in a loop, for four days. On the day of my booking, they were still repeating the same script, as if the hotel was next door (spoilers, it was over 800km away). I ultimately decided not to go at all since the hotel confirmed again that they had no reservation under my name, making me lose the flight money and all the related expenses. I've been asking for a refund for the last week, but they keep babbling the same "please wait" on repeat, and good luck trying to reach them by phone! Absolute scam! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

United Kingdom | 17 April 2024Still no refund after 2.5 Weeks. I am having to start legal proceedings against the company now. I urge everyone with caution to not use this company. They will not refund your free cancellation booking. They will pretend like they will and hold your money. Everyone who works for Prestigia should be ashamed of themselves. Absolute theives. Update to the below…they state a full refund is issued however, it was over £100 short…a constant battle with this company stay away!!

Switzerland | 16 April 2024J’ai été contacté par prestigieux pour m’informer que ma réservation réf. 290324-GROG-1543703 de l'Hôtel Ampère Paris ne pouvais pas être honorée complètement. J’avais réservé 2 chambres terrasse et payé pour les 2 chambres. A cause d’un problème de disponibilité la réservation de 2e chambre a été refusée. 3 options ont été proposées: 1. Gardez la chambre 1 confirmée et une alternative pour la deuxième chambre dans un hôtel voisin 2. Un remboursement complet de la chambre a été confirmé. 3. Remboursement complet pour toute la réservation. J’ai décidé pour la 3eme proposition, un remboursement total. Plus de 15 jours d’attente et je n’ai toujours pas reçu de remboursement. Comment récupérer mon argent?
