Dat terwijl er tussen de bevestiging van de annulering en het afschrijven meer dan 14 dagen zat. Nu ruim een maand bezig om mijn geld terug te krijgen. Krijg wekelijks te horen dat het terugboekproces in de laatste fase zit maar dat het internationaal bank proces lang duurt. Ook telefonisch te horen gekregen dat het terugboeken geëscaleerd is naar Finance. Er gebeurt niets en nog altijd geen geld terug. Nu de creditcard maatschappij ingeschakeld, ik denk dat die de enige zijn die eea voor elkaar kunnen gaan krijgen. ADVIES, boek NOOIT via PRESTIGIA.COM!

United Kingdom | 06 February 2025Booked a one night stay in Manchester under reference - 090125-MIRF-1651824 at Staycity Aparthotel Manchester Piccadilly this was free cancellation before 17/1/25 and I cancelled this on 15/1/25. I got an email confirming my cancellation and I should of received my refund after 10 days. I still hadn’t so I ring up again on 25/1/25 and was told it was an error and my refund has been processed and would follow in a few days. I am writing this review on the 5th February 2025 and still not received a penny. Will try again in the morning to sort the refund. Poor customer service so far… Maybe worth paying the extra with a more familiar hotel booking company…
