When I checked in at about 3:30 PM the hotel had no record of my reservation. They asked first thing if I used a third party. Had to bring over a night Mgr. to find it. They simply said that third party —-Prestigia ——hadn’t sent it over yet. Eventually they found it but with fully booked hotel, there were some tense times there!!!

The room that I booked was not what I received. I got told I had to pay extra to get one bed and my room has two. The rooms look so much cleaner in the picture but it's not like that. The service is terrible Easy to book online and the cheapest. But everything here has no quality from the food to the getting assistance. I just paid $15 equivalent to $2 croissant in Australia. It was frozen,rock hard and tasted of blueberries,yet they call it it a buttered croissant. It was not fluffy,if I threw it at the window I thunkbut would crack it. The food here is awful. I could get past a lot of things but i desperately needed a doctor,they said they would come up to check on me. It took days,i could have been dead. When I asked a second time,they said we can call an ambulance. I can do that. Just don't care. Elvis would be devastating knowing his fans are being mistreated here and I bet he would never work here again. They have Barry Manilow though. This place needs a lot of work. The standards are terrible and everything is outrageously expensive. Not worth it.

It was very easy to search, book and then pay. The hotel was close to where zi needed it to be

The only problem I had was that the cost was a little different than when I booked. Had to pay the resort fee which was still less expensive than most hotels.

Got an out of this world deal on a hotel in Las Vegas for a week-long stay. Was so cheap, I was unsure as to if it was real. So called hotel the next day to confirm reservations. It was real, much to my delight. Will be using this third-party booking site in the future.

False advertising. Booked two rooms in Circus Circus. Price was around $80 more in total and the Prestigia website said its total price inclusive of everything. Expedia sites were showing less than $80 dollars but resort fees extra. At the time of checkin, the hotel charged resort fees on top of the price we paid to Prestigia.

Ease of use and price

The fare charged was not transparent as the hotel charged additional fees of over $100 at the time of our stay!

The hotel was a nice choice but after making the reservation it was hard trying to get in contact with people I had questions but never a direct contact with anyone
