UPDATE: still got nothing and it’s been a month since they said the refund was procceced.. Please just give me money back.. They say that they have processed the refund, but they never do it’s been 8+ days since day did and no money.. we talking about fraud here.. AVOIIIID

The reservation process was easy and worked perfectly. We were able to book a hotel on the beach in Florida for much less than the book price on the hotel's website. The confirmation was received immediately after booking! I would definitely use them again!

Today 29 Jan, 2025. I have a resort booking through Prestigia.com for 2 weeks at Beachcomber Victoria in Mauritius 01-15 Feb, 2025, ref. 011224-LAMH-1642531for 2 persons, all inclusive. This was a "Black Friday" promotion around 01 Dec, 2024 whereby the all inclusive option was free or same price as half board. A prepayment of $ 377.56, I believe for prestigia commission, was instantly charged to my credit card whereas the hotel charges proper will be paid directly to the holel at checkin. I requested to double check rate with hotel and Ashraf of Prestigia confirmed in an email on 02 Dec, 2024 the quoted rate is for all inclusive. I reached out on 20 Jan, 2025 by email the hotel for confirmation in their system. Seeing no response, I called the hotel today Wednesday 29 Jan, recall check in is on Saturday 01 Feb, 2025. I was shocked to learn that there is NO RESERVATION OR THE RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED BY PRESTIGIA due to some pricing error. Immediately, I raised the issue by email and also called Prestigia. They stated the reservation was cancelled on 21 Jan, 2025 (after my inquiry with hotel on 20 Jan, 2025) due to some pricing error and that they sent me an email to that effect. I can say outright that it's "A BIG LIE" and requested that they forward me that cancellation notice right away. No forwarded mail yet. They are still working on it and the check in is 3 days away. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO ??? This counter reply is subsequent to Prestigia reply (07 Feb. 2025) 1) Prestigia is LYING (I have proofs!) since the original booking was done more than 2 months before check-in and there is ample availability at the host resort 2) It appears that Prestigia does have a confirmation with the host hotel, however, without guest names so that they can substitute your reservation in situations where 1) you cancel on time with full refund OR 2) you cancel unfortunately with penalty and they resell/remarket your booking OR 3) in spite of your confirmed booking, they still remarket your booking in an attempt to find a higher price especially closer to check-in time. In the event of a successful bid, they just dump your reservation in favor of the new higher bidder without alerting the original confirmed guest which is MY CASE.

I’VE BEEN SCAMMED! BEWARE of this outfit. I’ve just had an update from Prestigia. What a bunch of bandits! Do not book with these people. Why does a refund take 10 working days to process. I emailed them again for the 10th time. I was just updated that my £685 will take another 3 to 5 working days. How! They never processed it first time around. WHAT A JOKE! They deserve to go bankrupt. In fact I hope they do with every fibre of my being. When am I going to get my money your thieves. What a scam. They are based in Gibraltar for tax evasion purposes.

I booked a hotel in Thailand via Prestigia. They sent me the booking confirmation and I planned the rest of the trip accordingly. Three weeks later they cancel the booking.

On October 20, 2024, I booked a hotel stay with a guarantee of a full refund upon cancellation. I canceled the same day and received a written confirmation that I would be refunded within 3-5 business days. I emailed and called Prestigia every day for three weeks, and they confirmed that the amount would be credited/was already credited. After 15 business days without a refund, I contacted my credit card issuer for assistance. They immediately credited my card. As of today, January 28, 2025, Prestigia has yet to credit the amount to the credit card issuer. This is a fraudulent site, and my advice is to avoid using it.

Avoid the company! It seems it's a scam and fraud! I made a reservation with a free cancelation option. Despite the option, my card was immediately charged! After I have cancelled my booking, I demanded return of money. The process has been lasting for 2 months already and no money back is credited on my account. Apart from automated answers, no contact from the company in spite of being 'rest assured'. Seems like the company is having financial problems. DO NOT MAKE ANY BOOKINGS WITH THIS COMPANY if you really wanna save your money!

Yo hice una reservacion en Rep.Dom de un resort se cobraron la tarifa y me enviaron un correo que la transaccion fue detectada como fraudulenta y me sacaron el dinero de mi tarjeta, ellos solo me dicen que no se cobraron nada ya que la reserva no se hizo y asi me sacan el dinero $1185 dolares!, Tenia pensado ir a un resort y por culpa de su sistema y su pesima asistencia al cliente ya que intentas contactarte con soporte en espanol no tienen agente, NO RECOMENDABLE

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been waiting for a refund since December 27 and I can’t get ahold of anyone ever to follow up if it’s actually coming or not. I see a lot of other reviews on the same issue. I get the same “apology” and have been told it’s being “processed” but still have not seen anything. I filed a fraud report through reportfraud.ftc.gov as i recommend everyone to do that has had a similar experience. DON’T BOOK! Clearly greed scammers. Update 1/29; You can see their comment below that a “refund” has been processed and I should’ve had it. LIE! Once again not true. I still do not see a refund on my account. They are only saying that to make themselves look better. You literally get a response quicker from them by posting a bad review than just emailing them. I hope they see my update.

Comme un certain nombre de personnes, je tiens à signaler une escroquerie qui semble durer depuis un certain nombre d'années. la domiciliation de la société à Gibraltar devrait attirer l'attention car poursuites presque vouées à l'échec. réservation faite le 13 octobre dernier d'un hôtel à Strasbourg et annulation de la réservation par Prestigia le 17 octobre (hôtel en travaux au moment du séjour !!!). le remboursement de mon acompte doit se faire, en moyenne sous 3 à 5 jours. après de nombreux mails et appels de relance, plus de 3 mois après, le remboursement est toujours "en cours de traitement" ... Fuyez ce site qui semble n'être qu'une pure et simple escroquerie.

I would give zero stars. I’m awaiting a refund if c£700 since 15 December. I’ve written every other day. Only get an automated response. No explanation for the delay or an actual date of when it will be processed. Shambolic!!! Has anyone else got their money back from these fraudsters? 21 January. Despite your false claim that you have processed, I’m still waiting and you can’t provide any dates of when you took this action. It’s a disgrace. Quick to act here but nothing happens to return the payment.

I am due a refund from September 2024 and it has now been 4 months since they said it would be processed. I have reached out to the customer service team and received an automated message every time, but no one has been able to help or process the refund. I regret choosing this company and cannot recommend them.

Ich kann nur allen dringend vor dem Portal Prestigia warnen. Es handelt sich um einen Drittanbieter, über den Zahlungen und Buchungen über Hotelportale erfolgen. In unserem Fall wurde ein Hotel in München gebucht (Novotel Arnulfpark), das aus Krankeitsgründen storniert werden musste. Dies erfolgte im Sommer 2024. Nach einigen Telefnaten und Emails wurde uns seitens des Hotels und von Prestigia die Rückerstattung der abgebuchten Kosten fest zugesichert. Seitdem habe ich ca. 30-40 Emails an Prestigia geschrieben, da keinerlei Rückbuchung erfolgt ist. Das Novotel Arnulfpark redet sich damit heraus, dass die Rückerstattung nur über den Drittanbieter erfolgen kann und ihnen die Hände gebunden seien. Die „Mitarbeiter“ von Prestigia sitzen irgendwo im Ausland und die Kommunikation erfolgt auf Englisch. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass es Chat-Bots sind, da ich seit dem Sommer immer die gleichen standardisierten Emails erhalte, immer mit der festen Zusage, die Angelegenheit würde bearbeitet und das Geld sei in wenigen Tagen auf dem Konto, und das nun seit dem Sommer 2024!

Have now received 3 e mails from this company telling me my refund claim has been escalated!!! We're now talking 31 days since the cancellation. Every man and his dog knows that bank transfers take seconds nowadays but still they hang on to MY money. Please do not go within 100 miles of this shambolic organisation.

Do NOT use this company. Just like other reviews stated. When you cancel you never get your refund back. Online it says you should have your refund in 7 to 10 days. 33 days later I’m still waiting. It is a total scam.
