While the equipment itself is mostly fine, dealing with issues has been frustrating, with promises of call-backs that were never followed up on. I also found the 90-day notice period for cancellation unreasonable, and my interactions with the call center staff lacked empathy, with rehearsed responses and an initial refusal to escalate my concerns to a manager. However, after posting an initial review, I was contacted by a manager who went above and beyond to resolve my issue to my absolute satisfaction by displaying genuine empathy and a desire to actually understand the issues and frustration I had felt. Their approach demonstrated the highest level of person-to-person customer service and restored some faith in the company. While it’s a shame this level of care wasn’t present from the start, I do appreciate the manager’s effort to make things right and would make me more likely to recommend the company again in the future.

Ireland | 17 December 2024Have had nothing but problems with our monitored alarm! constant faults in hub with system going offline and not being able to arm or disarm the alarm. Issues with keypad and batteries also. Anytime I ring they ask customers to fix fault themselves or pay a charge for someone to come out. Would not recommend homesecure, has ended costing us more in the long term with faults.
