I am not happy on the camera

Call back call within minutes of enquiry, suitable time for all when booking installation. The engineer very thoughtful friendly helpful and knowledgeable. (even wore plastic shoe covers for upstairs carpets) Only wish he hoovered up drilling mess. However great job reasonable fees would recommend.

Jordan was great explaining the Home Secure solution and Pierce was top man installing the solution.

The after care. Duplicate payments and it took a month and numerous emails for a refund. Was a customer for 3 years and am considering legal action at present. My contract was confirmed closed last month, woke up to see yet another payment had been sneaked out of my credit card.

I am with HomeSecure since 2021.At the time I was looking for an alarm to monitor my house and they ticked all the boxes.The lads that arrived to install the alarm were lovely they couldn’t do enough for me.On occasion if the alarm did go off you would get a phone call within seconds to check if everything is ok.Last year when my contract was up they sent out a lad to update my equipment.The alarm was my own when the contract was up but they gave me a great offer and I’m still with them.They are literally a phone call away and it’s great knowing your house is protected day and night.

Fantastic service. Super quick response in case of an alarm going off. The peace of mind for myself, my brother and my mother (who also has a personal alarm through Homesecure) is priceless.
