Absolutely gorgeous two seater sofa bed and club chair delivered just in time for Christmas. They both arrived with very minor cosmetic defects, but distinctive were wonderful and prompt and these were fixed quickly in my house. Great service all around. Thank you!

Really pleased with everything, from the service in the shop which was fantastic - really helpful and patient, I am not the easiest customer, to the delivery - quick, clean and prompt, to the aftercare - I had an issue which was my doing. Could not fault them throughout. Brought three sofa's in two different leathers and love them, had them for several months now and they still look perfect - literally could not be happier.

I ordered my chesterfield back in june 2021 .i was in the middle of selling and buying a house and was hoping id be ready to move in time for the sofas arrival ,unfortunately that didnt happen .The guys at distinctive chesterfields are amazing they talked me through every step of my purchase from leather swatches to the finishing touches .Delivery day the guys were amazing .they helped my partner in removing a patio door to get the suit in .asembled the 2 sofas and took all the packaging away. I have always longed for a chesterfield and now i have one i couldnt be happier. It not only looks beautiful and well made it is so comfortable .

Great quality sofas—extremely happy with our 2-seater and club chair. There was an issue on delivery with one of the sofa feet, but Chesterfield organised a repair visit promptly. Highly recommended

I ordered a bed and the delivery date was changed last minute on three occasions. Very little sympathy from the costumer service team despite having to take time off work. Then the bed finally arrived and I was thrilled at first. Then one evening the headboard fell off. No apparent reason. I’m 5ft 5 and weigh 9st. Emailed them with photos and they’ve said the new headboard will take 4 months. Regardless of this the bed is wobbly, weak and feels so cheap. Appalling quality.

For start to finish the service is first class. Maxine, store manager of the Huddersfield store, was helpful, informative and answered all our queries with accuracy and professionalism. Excellent service from order to delivery. The internet is full of businesses selling Chesterfields; however, most of these are from China, or they are only part Leather so be careful. Distinctive Chesterfields are made in England. You very much get what you pay for, and these Chesterfields are worth every penny.
