Beautiful sofas and excellent service from start to finish. We knew we wanted new chesterfields, the online chat and advice to discuss exactly what we wanted/needed was excellent. The ordering process was easy. The communication about delivery dates was wonderful. And at 7am on delivery day exactly as planned, two lovely polite gentlemen brought our sofas into the house and set them up with no fuss and best of all, no mess. Distinctive Chesterfields are highly recommended.

Visited the store in Clapham junction after receiving a number of samples that were ordered online we had called ahead to ensure the leathers we liked were on display to compare. Once we had chosen the ordering process was very easy, and we were given an expected date that we would be contacted about delivery. The delivery date was within 7 days of the expected date, the delivery team were quick and tidied up after themselves, the sofas themselves are very comfortable, the build quality is very good, leather is of the expected quality for the product and the detailing is neat and tidy. All in all the company were absolutely great to deal with, and I am very happy with the quality of the product.

From start the finish Distinctive Chesterfields were great to order with. The brochure and samples I received were informative; customer services were responsive and helpful; I was kept informed about delivery timescales and these were as advertised; the delivery team were efficient and took away all the packaging leaving us with a Chesterfield we will love for live.

I cannot recommend Distinctive Chesterfields enough ... from first walking in the door of the showroom to receiving the sofa, the experience has been great. The staff were appropriately attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The delivery team were courteous and careful when at my property. And the quality of the sofa, just WOW! I ordered my sofa in August when it arrived it had a fault, I emailed and explained everything and that I was disappointed as the Chesterfield was otherwise beautiful, got a response and was told I could have a full refund or a replacement. I chose to have another, I had to wait a couple of months but it was worth it, it's gorgeous and definitely worth the money.

I have placed my order for my beautiful chesterfield sofas without actually seeing them. I was promised a pre Christmas deliver. I was nervous but so relived when the beauties were delivered, as promised before Christmas. The quality of the furniture is outstanding!! The team is very easy to reach on the numbers provided. Great showroom and customer service. It was hard to choose as all the sofas are so good. In the end we bought a large "London" sofa - and so happy with it that a few weeks later we bought a matching 2-seater. We were able to customise the size to fit our space at a very reasonable price. Communications and delivery brilliant. On time as promised - even in the busy run up to Christmas. Highly recommended....

We Ordered 2X three Seaters and 1X Chair and could not be more happy. The fact a company offers 25 Years cover on a product in this day and age is a testamount to the confidence in their craftsmanship. These sofa's will last the rest of our lives and could not be more happy.

I have always wanted a chesterfield sofa for years and I am so glad I got one from Distinctive chesterfields. The shop I visited in Huddersfield was very well set out and the in-store staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the different styles and options available. The sofas are all very well made and the quality is fantastic (they’re heavy so you can tell they’re well put together). The colour and style of my sofa is exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Even the delivery men were friendly and all went smoothly. If you’re looking for a chesterfield sofa, I would highly recommend distinctive chesterfields. 10/10

This is the second time we have bought furniture from Distinctive Chesterfields, the first was a sofa, this time it's a chair and footstool. Both deliveries were on time, as ordered, and fit perfectly into our home. Looking forwards to ordering the third piece later on this year to complete our new look lounge.
