The leather samples arrived on time, as did everything else. If you’re looking for a beautiful, quality sofa, with a history of perfection, elegance and timeless elegance, then you have come to the right place.

Recently brought a sofa & club chair. Both chairs are absolutely fab! Great material. Well informed delivery. Time schedule of the items being made was so much quicker than some bigger names stores. And actually what we brought would of been a little more expensive elsewhere. Had one of studs pop out slightly, and the customer service & service having it resolved was fantastic for such a minor issue. Fabulous!

Great customer service from the show room in Huddersfield. (Olivia and Maxine) They really knew everything you needed to know about Chesterfield sofas. Which sofa is better suited to you and which fabric would work. Arranged delivery through email (Kyra) and yet again great customer service. A curtesy call the day before delivery off there own delivery drive. Yet again great customer service set up and position the sofa. Total different quality to your larger retail shops. British hand made quality. 5 star

Fantastic from start to finish! The samples were true to life making my choice easy. Maxine and Kyra kept me updated and answered questions promptly, reassuring me throughout. The sofa, chair and footstool were made to the highest standard and delivered promptly even though my house isn’t the most easy access. The delivery team were friendly and efficient making sure everything was unpacked and placed perfectly in the room. I can’t rate the company highly enough for the service or products I received!

Found the company online and after receiving fabric samples we visited the excellent showroom in Huddersfield where we were able to choose our sofas with staff ready to help with any questions. Delivery went well and the sofas were wrapped well. A couple of sofas came with different feet to what we had ordered, this was quickly dealt with by Customer Service and new feet arrived on next day delivery. The sofas are incredibly comfortable , well made and look amazing, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Distinctive Chesterfields.

Some delays and in the end one of the colours we wanted was not available but once delivered we are now very happy with our purchase.

Great quality Chesterfields at a great price Delivery was slow unfortunately as we purchased a sofa which was in stock but then got lost. Ordered in March but finally received in September. Other than that a good experience and a quality product.

I bought two beautiful white Chesterfield sofas. They have transformed the look of my living room. Giving a modern and elegant atmosphere. The staff has been both professional and friendly and all information given regarding payment and delivery has been ‘spot on’.

Excellent service from Maxine from initial enquiry through to very prompt delivery ( including swift response to a minor issue!). Courteous and efficient 2 man delivery with minimum fuss. Don’t usually do reviews but would be very happy to recommend this company and will certainly use them again.

Have used Distinctive Chesterfield before so when I required a new chair had no hesitation in ordering from them again. I was updated on all aspects of delivery times and upon arrival the furniture was excellent as expected

The sofas are amazingly well made and comfortable. It was a very good investment. There was a little damage barely noticeable which the team looked into promptly.

I’ve had the worst luck with this company. After waiting more than 16 weeks for my order, the delivery was rescheduled 7 times! I should have requested a refund after the second reschedule but I was afraid of having to wait another 16 weeks with a different company. Anyways, once I finally got my delivery, the sofa, which I paid almost another $400 for “white glove” delivery arrived with 6 different areas of damage. After contacting the company regarding the issue they told me to keep the sofa and they’d have another made. Now everytime I try to call or email, I get no response. It’s now been 3 weeks since the last delivery date and I have yet to hear anything. I strongly do not recommend this company. I believe I was beyond patient and tried working with them due to understanding that covid put a wrench in everything but I have been taken advantage of. The lack of customer service from the delivery company and distinctive chesterfield is not acceptable especially for the cost.

We were met in Huddersfield branch by a lovely lady Maxine. She went through our order with us and we customised it for what we wanted. Maxine showed us round the showroom and helped us make our decision. We had to put back our delivery date three times as our room wasn’t ready. Then on the delivery date we had two nice men who sussed the situation out to get the sofas inside without damage. They were very good. We are really happy with our chesterfield sofas and will recommend to family and friends

Very surprised to see positive reviews about recent deliveries since the team that is due to deliver my sofa which I ordered in April and still did not receive it...told me that their delivery team is sick and they can't fulfil orders. People that work for this company are dishonest and incompetent since the product that I ordered, which was a sofabed was made in a way that the bed did not function in the sofa. I really don't understand how other people had positive experience with them and I suspect that reviews are fake.
