We were very satisfied with the quality of our chesterfield sofas and they look exceptionally smart. They were chosen because of the great London store and a good salesman. The delivery was delayed so the delivery charge was dropped. Getting the right leather was the most difficult task. We would recommend this company.

Our sofas were delivered in perfect condition.The delivery men placed them exactly where we wanted them,and removed and took all the packaging away with them.Our new sofas are beautiful and we are very happy.

It has been some time now since my Windsor Chesterfield sofa has been delivered so I can write honest review. I can say nothing less but very good service from very beginning to the end. It took as a while to decide about this purchase as it is not cheap item, but we hit the time when Distinctive Chesterfields offered 50% discount. And it was not on items in stock, our sofa has been hand made to order. Everything explained thoroughly in multiple emails, even a cleaning product recommended. Easy transaction and eventually 6 weeks later we were able to sit on our new beautiful sofa and armchair. Very good quality, sturdy and club-look design. I would recommend Distinctive Chesterfields with no hesitation to all chesterfield-style lovers.

From ordering our Chesterfields to the delivery I can only say 5 stars I will be definitely be recommending you to family and friends

If I could give less I would, this feedback is mostly in relation to the attitude of the sales, management & pathetic customer service. I spent over £6k with this company just over a year ago and the purchase was supposed to include a 5 year protection plan. One of my sofas has a whole arm that has completely lost its colour, I phoned the insurance people to ask what can be done to rectify it, they said I didn't have a plan in place and even if I did the plan wouldn't cover it because its a fault with the leather and sealant and the manufacturer should rectify it. I rang Distinctive Chesterfields London and explained the situation and emailed all the details which they just ignored even after repeated (8) chaser emails and (6) phone calls. They eventually palmed it off to the Northern office who were just as bad and dismissive. It would appear they are charging for protection plans but not actually supplying them, hoping the customer wont notice! This in my eye's is FRAUD! Even when challenged they refused to accept responsibility/acknowledge for not setting up the policy. and said that I am now covered, 3 weeks later still nothing received and no cover! I requested a local leather repair specialist to assess the situation & quote accordingly. They came back and said it's a fault of the colouring and leather sealant and because of its location on the arm it has accelerated the fading. They quoted £360 for fixing the fault and sealing it properly. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from Distinctive Chesterfields. They are all nice and helpful whilst selling as soon as they get your money nothing and rude! This is quiet obvious NOW whilst reading other reviews! *** In general do not buy from Distinctive Chesterfields, dishonest & rude seller *** I for one will never buy from them again and suggest you don't either.

Very happy with sofa and footstool. Looks brilliant and quality is perfect. Delivery service was faultless and two guys were very helpful. Would buy again from them 100%. Recommended.

Distinctive Chesterfields London. Amazing quality furniture and service! Andrei in the London office was so helpful in helping us choose the Blenheim chesterfield, the colour “Dune Sand”, wood stain, stud and finishing touches. From beginning to end it was a joy even to the delivery team who came to our 4th Floor flat placed the two sofa’s where we wanted them and took away all the wrapping. We are now thinking of ordering a wing chair in the same design. Thank you Andrei 

Very poor quality customer service- they did not advice me of the delivery date originally. 2 months after making the payment I had to chase them to find out the delivery date. The item was not delivered on the agreed day and delayed. The MAIN isse was with the product quolity though. When we had our set delivered, we noticed the white feet that we paid £49 per item extra ( £394 altogether for 6 items) to be white, not wooden colour were different shades of white and the difference is significant- some are white, some yellowish/offwhite. The delivery guys told us to contact the office. Since then the customer service asked for the pictures and advised us that the difference is within their tolerance. I have been trying to escalate and requested their company tolerance policy. Noone has been replying to my emails. It's a total scam to collect £8k and not reply to emails, nor even offer the refund for the extra charge. I will have to now paint the feet myself as they look terrible. Do not buy from this company!

Would actually give this company a zero rating if it was possible as they are the least professional company I have ever dealt with. They happily took over £6k from me for my order then failed to show up on 3 occasions to deliver - in spite of emailing me to confirm delivery would take place on each occasion. This meant unnecessarily taking 3 days off work and in the end delivery was split, so I eventually received half my order and then had to wait another two weeks for the rest of it. After waiting patiently I wish I hadn’t bothered !! The craftsmanship they talk about is non-existent. I have no idea how the order I received passed quality control inspections - I can only assume they don’t have any. Even the delivery guys agreed it looked poor quality and appeared embarrassed by it. After all the issues around delivery and the arguments had with Maxine the store manager over constantly wasting my time I eventually asked for a refund ( I was told as the branch managed she wasn’t trained or authorised to give refunds) suddenly the order could be split and shipped on two different dates - having received the £6k order now, I wish I’d gone for that refund as it’s shocking quality. Can’t even be bothered going back to discuss this issue with them as the simplest solution is to just never deal with them again and spend my money with their competitors in the future. Some of the reviews on here have been really favourable so I can only assume they are writing these themselves or it really is pot luck what you get when you order with them - my advice don’t risk it !!!
