The ordering process was smooth and the furniture is excellent quality. My only gripe was that we phoned to check that they weren't going to have any post-Christmas sales to be told that they weren't and their prices were going up - only for there to be a sale! It's frustrating as we would have ordered lots more furniture and this would be a 5* review! Apart from that excellent furniture at a reasonable price.

Very impressive service at every step of the purchasing process. The website is clear and easy to use, and the chat/messaging via the website enabled me to ask all the questions I had in advance of placing the order - friendly and helpful. Delivery was professional and efficient - placing the sofa in room of choice, fixing the feet and removing all packaging. The quality of the sofa is superb! So pleased and would happily recommend to anyone. I searched high and low for a sofa that would fit into my space - so delighted - it's beautiful! thank you!

Placed two orders in the past 18 months. Product quality on first order good. Awaiting second order. Customer service really let's down the product (to a point where i would struggle to recommend the company). In both cases delivery dates have been delayed by a month +. The excuse for both orders "problem obtaining materials"... The first order was pre C-19 so the excuse the second time is lacking creativity. We where given a delivery date so plans where made to accommodate the new furniture (Bed frame). Late friday afternoon (2 working days before expected delivery) we where informed of a 6 week delay cause of material problems. Accommodating delays is something we all accept given the current climate.. but issuing notification of a 6 week delay 2 days prior to the confirmed delivery date is unacceptable. Upon raising my dissatisfaction with DC the response was offhandish at best with no offering to improve the situation. We are now sleeping on the floor for the foreseeable future.

I purchased a lovely sofa from them 1 year ago it was perfect so was the sales team then it started to go bagy on the cushions and they said that was exceptable for Chesterfields to do that what will it be like in 5 years lot of money to last only 5 years. Two 5 minutes phone spoilt there reputation poor after sales

Flawless process from beginning to end I was apprehensive ordering online, and not seeing my sofa beforehand, Olivia and Christina were so helpful. loving my new Blenheim range. also credit to the guys who delivered, so nice and pleasant and careful , and they drove at 3 am up to Scotland on 22/12/2020 just on time for christmas as promised. My wife and I visited their Huddersfield showroom and were greeted by Maxine,whom not only had amazing product knowledge but a flair for style and helped us pick out the right colours to suit your new decor. Quotation was more than acceptable,especially based on the fact the product is handmade.. Having first visiting the showroom, and they stayed open for me as I was running late, was taken through all the options available. Originally I was not a Chesterfield fan, but this has totally changed my mind! The quality is superb and extremely comfortable. They make the room and the scheme I had originally envisaged. Delivery was made on the arranged day. First class delivery team who showed care and pride in the product, even at 7:30am! I will happily order again and would reccomend to any potential client.

As soon as our order was placed we received a phone call to confirm our order as we had ordered an antique blue seatee for our bedroom. All of the staff we had contact were friendly and knowledgeable. We were expecting our delivery 23/12/2021 so we were delighted to be contacted to tell us that our delivery would be 10 days earlier. The piece arrived within the timescale provided and carried into our room and all of the packaging removed and taken away. Thank you so much, we love the seatee and have recommended you to our friends and family.

We were kept up to date with delivery times and then called by the drivers. They arrived promptly, unpacked the sofa and took away the rubbish. Friendly and efficient. I would recommend.

Absolutely amazing service and beautiful sofas with no problems whatsoever. From visiting the show room to delivery, staff were always there with great advice and help whenever you needed it. The quality of DC sofas are exceptional and neat, sophisticated and elegant sofas that you just can't go wrong with. Highly recommend DC !

If I could give less I would, this feedback is mostly in relation to the attitude of the sales, management & pathetic customer service. I spent over £6k with this company just over a year ago and the purchase was supposed to include a 5 year protection plan. One of my sofas has a whole arm that has completely lost its colour, I phoned the insurance people to ask what can be done to rectify it, they said I didn't have a plan in place and even if I did the plan wouldn't cover it because its a fault with the leather and sealant and the manufacturer should rectify it. I rang Distinctive Chesterfields London and explained the situation and emailed all the details which they just ignored even after repeated (8) chaser emails and (6) phone calls. They eventually palmed it off to the Northern office who were just as bad and dismissive. It would appear they are charging for protection plans but not actually supplying them, hoping the customer wont notice! This in my eye's is FRAUD! Even when challenged they refused to accept responsibility/acknowledge for not setting up the policy. and said that I am now covered, 3 weeks later still nothing received and no cover! I requested a local leather repair specialist to assess the situation & quote accordingly. They came back and said it's a fault of the colouring and leather sealant and because of its location on the arm it has accelerated the fading. They quoted £360 for fixing the fault and sealing it properly. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from Distinctive Chesterfields. They are all nice and helpful whilst selling as soon as they get your money nothing and rude! This is quiet obvious NOW whilst reading other reviews! *** In general do not buy from Distinctive Chesterfields, dishonest & rude seller *** I for one will never buy from them again and suggest you don't either.

I ordered 2 x Distinctive Chesterfield ‘Windsor’ sofas - a 3 seater & 2 seater which were delivered 2 weeks ago. I’m extremely pleased with the chesterfields, and with the whole process. I placed the order via telephone with Olivia, who was friendly, professional & happy to help with my queries. The sofas are wonderfully made, comfortable yet classic and the smell of leather is divine. The delivery was straight forward. I would most definitely order again from this company and thoroughly recommend.
