Purchased two beautiful, well made leather sofas. Very pleasant company to order from & they were always happy to answer any of my queries regarding leather choice, sending a variety of samples to help with my final decision as I couldn’t travel to their showroom. Really happy I chose Distinctive Chesterfields.

Having visited their shop, I was thoroughly immpressed by the product. I ordered, and while my order was delayed (wretched COVID pandemic) when it arrived it is just perfect. And the delivery team were first-rate too; they had no difficulty getting my sofa into my second floor flat completely undamaged.

Really please with our purchase of our Chesterfeild settee, just what I wanted and it looks fantastic in my living room. Very good delivery and very good communication when delivering, all in all a very good service and would recommend them to anybody.

Great furniture, good price, good service, friendly and helpful. Already bought 10 Chesterfield pieces of furniture in 2012 (2 sofas, 4 armchairs and 4 foot chairs). Very satisfied and very nicely made in best quality. Small deficiency was fixed on site. So in 2020 we bought another 2 Velvetsofas in Lovely Rose and 2 armchairs in leather. Beautiful. Perfectly processed. I can only recommend. The effort for the selection and adaptation to the dimensional ideas was considerable, but it was worth it. A little tip: a lot could be simplified for all pages by better online documentation (detailed dimensions, possibly dimension plans, etc., more selection of options) and would save various mail traffic. The size, appearance and number of furniture in our loft are absolutely perfect - it couldn't be better and could hardly be achieved with a different furniture style; every piece in three lounges is an eye-catcher! I am absolutely delighted with my Wandsworth sofa from Distinctive Chesterfields. Olivia, the salesperson is very knowledgeable about the different types and grades of leather and was able to advise me on the right product for me, given that I have two dogs. The delivery guys were really nice and took great care to get the sofa into the house safely. I will be ordering a matching chair in the near future.

We adore our new sofa - the London chesterfield in a gorgeous tan leather. Such a lovely company, with excellent communication throughout. The delivery guys were fantastic too. All in all, we're super pleased we went with Distinctive Chesterfields. Also, we have a dog and despite a strategically placed throw, he does walk/lie on the leather at times but no issues at all - we got advice on the leather to go for and this has proven to be invaluable.

Beautiful furniture; well worth the wait! My only criticism would be that the company should provide 3 or 4 people to lift the sofas as they are unbelievably heavy and I felt rather guilty watching them lift it, plus observe potential property damage and injury. Other than that, 99.9% brilliant.

Absolutely over the moon with both the service and my sofas, yes there was a delay but i was kept informed, and with a worldwide pandemic its not surprising. There was a slight issue when they arrived, but this was sorted promptly with little impact on myself. The quality of the materials used and the workmanship is absolutely brilliant

We had a great experience with Distinctive Chesterfields’s. We had a hassle free order process online and a quick turn round for delivery. Our foot stool did have a slight mark on after delivery so we contacted the showroom. They then organised a repair which was rectified the week after. Many thanks again 👍🏻

From day one of attending the Huddersfield store to delivery, we've been kept informed of the progress. When the sofa arrived, it didn't fit through the living room door and the delivery guys were very helpful and provided temporary feet so that it didn't get marked when stored in our garage. We ordered a leather 3 seater and a fabric 4 seater sofa and they are both fantastic quality. They make our room look really good and have helped inspire us for the rest of our decor.

I purchased the Noah bed a few months back after long discussions with Maxine in the Huddersfield branch . Maxine was very patient as I was toying with another bed from another company however she wasn’t pushy told me to think what right for us , anyway decided to go with Maxine , everything went to clockwork deposit led time etc . Today bed has arrived and I can only say you get what you pay for beautiful !! Stunning !! Amazing quality & craftsman ship ! .Delivery drivers lovely pleasant people couldn’t be more helpful showed up ahead of schedule, kept me up to date via calls cleaned up after themselves & very respectful to my property couldn’t praise this company & their employees any more ! I will defo purchase something else in the future. Thank you to everyone Who made my purchase so good considering the pandemic we are in you have made my week ! stay safe

Excellent service and product From our visit to the showroom through to delivery of our 2 settees, chair and foot stool, everything has been excellent. The showroom has a wide selection to try and choose from and we pleased with the choice we made. The quality of the furniture is excellent and made even better knowing it is a local firm. Would definitely recommend a visit.
