Bien pour notre commande Delphine a été une professionnelle et d'un très grand conseil, elle nous a reçu dans son show room, pris le temps nécessaire pour que notre choix correspond bien. La livraison était parfaite ,2 chauffeurs livreurs qui ont déballé le canapé. Seul petit bémol l'emballage peut-être un peu faible pour ce type de transport un p'tit accroc sous le meuble sans conséquence.

United Kingdom | 07 March 2020Recently bought a Lauren bed from Distinctive Chesterfields. Throughout the process the customer support and communication was excellent and they were even willing to rearrange delivery to a weekend free of charge which was very helpful. The bed arrived and was accurate to the online description and photos and was made to a very high quality. The delivery guys were extremely helpful and built the bed on delivery. A few days after delivery I noticed a small cut in the fabric of the footboard which may have occurred during transit or unpackaging. I spoke to customer service and they immediately offered to send out a brand new footboard as soon as possible, free of charge. Couldn’t be happier with the response and the overall process of the purchase and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

France | 10 February 2020bonjour, je suis rarement de mauvaise composition mais là je suis déçu...... prix, qualité, livraison.... pour info, j'ai acheté le même canapé il y a 29ans.C'est donc un remplacement, j'ai toujours le fauteuil individuel, je peux donc comparer la qualité OBJECTIVEMENT..... LE PRIX: j'ai contacté Delphine comme beaucoup après lecture des avis. Je lui ai indiqué que mon seul soucis avant achat était le prix. J'avais repéré une livraison offerte durant l'été.300 euros.... celle-ci m'a indiqué que les gestes commerciaux étaient très rares et qu'il n'y en aurait pas probablement avant plusieurs mois. Résultat: dans le mois suivant, une offre de 100 euros de réduction, une autre de 10 pour cent.... LA QUALITÉ: En comparaison avec mon ancien canapé(remplacé car l'assise avait souffert, mais après presque 3 décennies c'est normal...) les accoudoirs sont moins larges enlevant le cachet d'antan, les angles de fond du canapé ont une allure tombante, les clous bien moins bien alignés, les pieds ne sont pas aussi imposants.Du coup avec mon fauteuil individuel la différence saute aux yeux..... LA LIVRAISON: Pour moi c'était un dimanche entre 14 et 18heures.déjà un dimanche bon.... le fameux livreur Polonais ne parlant pas français (bon c'est pas grave grave) s'est présenté à 10 heures.heureusement j'étais présent... Bref ça fait beaucoup pour le prix....On peut légitimement s'attendre à mieux....C'était pas mieux avant, mais le grand-père Chesterfields était plus doué......

Le contact de la livraison était au top, un coup de fil d’Angleterre pour confirmer l'arrivée du livreur et bonne entente avec le livreur malgré le soucis de langue. United Kingdom | 18 November 2019Firstly just want to point out that their so called sale is one of those marketing tricks - its a never ending sale so your not getting a deal unless you find a discount code. Customer service in London store, delivery, and the actual sofa are all great. Problem started after delivery. I had to raise a ticket to get a new cushion cover. Technician arrived and agreed, and also had to correct the other cushion which also had creases / pinches at the front. All that is not really a big deal. But the real issue is with the piping of the cushions which looked like they have different shades. It was too noticeable to ignore. The replacement cushion cover was even worse. The piping around the top of cushion was made up of 4 bits of piping all joined up. Their excuse? - "The change in colour is due to the grain and pile and its normal". Well in that case why didn't they use the same strip of piping and have the grain in the correct direction to make them match in the first place? It looks like off cuts have been used to get the job done. Its really insulting they think I'm that stupid to accept this. All communication has stopped now. I wasn't allowed to have direct contact to head office and only other email I could find was their accounts so not sure if they passed my last email on. Will try the furniture ombudsmen and if fails then there is a local firm who said they will correct the piping. Will explore ways of passing on the costs of this.

France | 05 November 2019Très beaux canapés, achetés en ligne et conformes à nos souhaits. Livraison compliquée en raison d’une mauvaise logistique de la part du sous traitant. Beaucoup de retard mais un service commercial au top, joignable 7/7j qui a su répondre à nos demandes avec rapidité et efficacité. En somme, malgré le retard de livraison, nous sommes heureux de nos nouveaux canapés et recommandons sans réserve cette enseigne.

En revanche, la gestion de la livraison le jour J fut très mauvaise: retard de sept heures, manque d'information et de communication, difficulté de communication avec le livreur ne parlant ni Français ni Anglais.

United Kingdom | 22 October 2019We can not fault the beautiful quality of the pair of three seater settees we bought from Distinctive chesterfields. They are great. Our problem was with the delivery firm. We live in the Orkney islands. We were told no problem if we paid the extra £100 on top of the normal delivery we would get a two man white glove delivery. In actual fact instead of using one of our two delivery firms, mcaidie’s or Littlejohn’s, our settees were taken to Glasgow, then Shetland transport picked them up and took them a bit further, then Northlink took them from nr Inverness on to mainland Orkney, and then we were told that our local shop that normally delivers small parcels, and fish farm and agricultural supplies etc would pick them up,We complained about this twice and they assured us it would be sorted out but nothing changed at no point were we contacted regarding a delivery date or given details of which firm was doing the delivery, and it was left to my partner to ring round the delivery firms in northern Scotland to find out who had our sofas as distinctive chesterfields clearly didn’t know. Once again beautiful sofas but be wary of delivery promises if you live in a remote location.

I ordered the London Chesterfields (one of them bespoke to fit room dimensions) in slate grey house velvet and peony house velvet, with white feet and gun metal studs and I honestly couldn’t be more happier with them, they are gorgeous, extremely comfortable and simply look exquisite in our room. From the onset of my enquiry regarding pricing for the bespoke sofa especially, Olivia was fantastic; her communication was always very quick and couldn’t do enough to help. From order of the sofas to delivery was a very quick, only 8 weeks and again, fantastic communication regarding delivery. Distinctive Chesterfields have simply provided a flawless service from start to finish and the two delivery men arrived promptly...they even asked if I wanted help to move dust sheets etc I had laid to protect my carpets! Thank you all so much, my Chesterfields are perfect and already the envy of family members!

The delivery process was one of the smoothest I have experienced, the sofa was in and unwrapped within 10 minutes of my allocated delivery slot. I would recommend Distinctive Chesterfields to anyone.
