I am the proud owner of a beautiful mustard/ochre Chesterfield sofa❣️ I’ve finally got a comfortable sofa and the quality is fab. My only problem was choosing a colour as they have the most amazing colours if you’re braver or the traditional ones if not. Would highly recommend

The delivery of our sofa was seamless. The date was arranged in advance and the delivery men were extremely polite and accommodating. The sofa has not had much use yet as we have been on holiday with our family almost straight after delivery but it looks great and our adult children (when they saw it) thought it was beautifully made and rather envious!

Fantastic service. Knowledgeable staff. It actually felt like a family business (not sure if it is or not?) because at every interaction I had with them they all seem to care and are very proud of what they do. When the delivery drivers delivered our Hampton 4 seater (to the first floor) this afternoon without any complaints and with good grace I knew we had picked the right company. The product is superb. I’m looking forward to many lazy Sundays on it watching sport.

Very happy with our experience of this company. Communication was great, any queries were dealt with quickly and simply, particularly during the coronavirus pandemic where unavoidable delays meant our order was delayed in being delivered. The bed was delivered by two men who worked quickly to get it ready for us. They were tidy and clean with their work, leaving the room spotless and our new bed ready for use within 15-20 minutes. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find a well-made product, entirely manufactured in the UK from quality materials, supported by excellent service. This is one of those. Our two London style chesterfield sofas were easy to order, produced on time despite the current problems and delivered by a helpful and considerate team. The sofas themselves are excellent quality and seem entirely suitable for life with two boisterous dogs and a couple of older couch potatoes. Recommended

After placing our order for a beautiful sofa and two chairs we were kept up to date with timelines and delivery progress. The wait for our handmade items was worth it - high quality craftsmanship and attention to detail is very evident. Even in the delivery process, in which the furniture was delivered with such care. Wonderful experience, we made an appointment and were left to look around at our own pace and were not pestered by pushy sales people. We wait a couple of years before giving reviews so that the review is more valuable. We purchased two chesterfield sofas, both of which have had light to medium usage over a two year period. They show no evidence of deterioration and have improved in appearance as expected. Delivery was well handled and they arrived in perfect condition. Overall we were very satisfied.

Distinctive Chesterfield's have been great from start. Support from the office with regards to colour advise I brought Matt black two three seaters. Throughout the pandemic I've been kept up to date and delivery was on time and the delivery guys were so careful with my sofa's getting them in my house and when the plastic come of .wow they look incredible

I live in Chicago and ordered a Chesterfield in premium Oxblood and a matching footstool with lid. This couch and footstool are the most comfortable couch I have ever used. The leather is fantastically high quality, and the colour is perfect. I would suggest you avoid the antique effect leather colours and splash out for the premium. Delivery took a little while, but I live overseas and was ordering a custom made dream couch. I was happy to wait and was kept in the loop throughout the process. Craftsmanship is the highest quality and I am exceptionally happy with this product, it's my dream couch and it lives up to expectations. The foot stool is a pro move and I am incredibly pleased I purchased one of these as well, I can sit for hours on this sofa.

I had experience with Steve with "Managing Director" He was dismissive of my problems to the point that I threatened to come to his shop with the sofa and tell everyone what a rotten to the core the management were. i had problems with the sofa immediately, one of the cushions was wrinkled when i got it but i thought it would settle down. I don't like hassle but I also wont be bullied. I contacted them in Jan/Feb when the lovely Steve told me 'well you have had it 4 months what do you expect me to do about i?' lovely!! thats where my problems began. I wouldn't let him bully me so i kept on at them. Steve said to get a independent report, which I did.He the proceeded to tell me that only a halfwit would use "Gaf" tape on a leather sofa, I told him it was me and I have a Brian Tumour that he was aware of and i couldn't hold the tape with both hand (only 1 hand works) it wasn't stuck on I had used it folded to show the sofa fault I had an absolute nightmare just to get the pretty sofa I had ordered. Eventually someone came out and said it was fine, It was far from it. I kept on at Steve and he sent someone out to shut me up but he shot himself in the foot as the chap measured both cushions. One was an inch longer which was the problem. All that hassle for something that was so easily fixed. I was right, I got told many times there was no problem and didn't even apologise when they were proved wrong by their own staff. I had to pay £50 for an independent report that they asked for but didn't refund me when proved wrong. The cushions are a different colour to the sofa and has a differ texture. One of the cushions is wrong in the cover so it stick up and not level on the piping . I could go on about the bad service but its been a year now the sofa is still a disappointment. Thanks Steve

Après de longs mois d'utilisation de mon canapé Distinctive Chesterfield, modèle Windsor, voici un avis transparent et sincère : - relation clientèle avec Delphine : très bien - tarif : très bien aussi - finition et aspect : il est superbe - livraison : un peu ''brut de pomme'', mais bon... - En revanche, niveau confort, c'est vraiment ''Au secours'' !... Si vous achetez ce canapé pour vous y détendre, passez votre chemin. Il est extrêmement raide, l'assise est très dure et la mousse peu épaisse, le cuir a un toucher un peu ''plastique'' et pas très chaleureux. Les modèles capitonnés ont tendance à être un peu moins confortables, je le savais déjà. Mais j'en avais testé beaucoup à de nombreuses reprises : dans ma famille, chez des amis, dans des cafés, chez des revendeurs... et ils étaient tous bien plus confortables, sans aucune comparaison. J'ai attendu longtemps avant d'écrire cet avis, j'avais espoir qu'au fil des mois, le canapé s'assouplirait avec le temps, mais hélas non.
