From start to finish, I received exceptional service from Distinguished Chesterfields. I seen them advertised on Facebook and checked out the reviews on Trustpilot which gave me added piece of mind. As I’m in Scotland and they are based in Huddersfield and London, they were happy to engage with me on the phone and by e-mail. Sent me a brochure and fabric samples. Upon my choice I spoke at length on the phone with Claire who advised me on choice of cushioning. I advised of a small space in my living room where a 2 seater would be too large and the chair too small and she was happy to advise of options there, eventually going for the chair being made to my size specifications. Communication in delivery was excellent too, e-mailed of a date to suit both of us. The day before I received a telephone call from the delivery driver who advised of an expected time of arrival, of which they arrived the time slot given, they worked hard to deliver to upstairs flat. The delivery drivers were hardworking, polite & gracious of my home, which was a nice, mannerly touch from 2 lovely young men. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my sofa and club chair! The quality of workmanship is of the highest standard, the quality of fabric is also exceptional and it is a robust sofa, which will be with me for many years. Very comfortable and it is an absolute joy to my eyes. Thank you Distinctive Chesterfields for your exceptional service & delivery of a beautiful piece of furnishing to my wee home. I know I shouldn’t be surprised when an item is delivered on time, in perfect condition and exactly as I ordered but somehow I am. And so it was with dealing with this excellent company. They have done exactly as they promised at each stage of the order. A rare thing these days. Can highly recommend.

We visited the store in Huddersfield and Olivia Mckenna was our contact. She provided all the information required and kept us up to date with our order. The service was excellent, the sofas were delevired on time and we were kept informed of delivery times by the driver. The quality appears first class

Absolutely LOVE our new sofas. We went for the Plain Jane in Moonbeam velvet- so sophisticated and comfy, a sofa you can really kick back and relax on. Olivia at the Huddersfield show room was an absolute gem in assisting us. There had been various emails back and forth due to the nature of my work and not living on the doorstep of the show room, she was always so informative and happy to help. Had a great experience with this company. Great customer service with Anneka in the London showroom. Also good customer service arranging delivery etc. We ordered the sofa bed , had always loved chesterfields but needed a sofa bed for guests and we were delighted when we found this model. The distressed leather looks fab and so far my dogs paws/nails have failed to do any damage at all. A comfy sofa to sit on and great when pulled out as a bed. We later ordered the matching footstool and were equally happy with the service and product. Overall, a great experience.

Chesterfield sofa is just exquisite, if you in love with classical British style. The leather is great and it smells so good. The price is very reasonable. The service is excellent. Christina from NYC branch is the one of the best sales representatives - she is hard working, extremely honest, very patient and polite person I ever encountered. I had a customised three piece suite made, it cost nearly £6,000 pound and they managed to get all the measurements completely wrong, the suite was so big it had to be taken through the front room window it completely dominates the whole room, one chair is smaller in width but higher than the other chair, I emailed distinctive chesterfield about the measurements and was told they would look into it for me, but i didn't hear back from them, they advertise themselves as master craftmen what a joke, would not use again nor recommend them, I think the company is disgusting and way over priced. (In reply to distinctive chesterfield ) so you take customer satisfaction very seriously so do's that mean the suite go's back and I get what I payed you for or is your reply just so you don't loose future custom.?., as expected the reply was to try and not loose future custom, I've had nothing but trouble with the suite because the dimensions are all way out, the suite is far too big and will not pass through any door frames, it has to be taken through windows, if you are a master craftsman company, you would think that getting sizings right would be an easy job to do, both are chairs are different sizes from each other when the should be the same and the sofa is massively big, all in all a big expensive disappoint, no wonder you ask for all money upfront, your a disgraceful company.

Love, Love, Love my 2 new chesterfield's. The service has been great throughout the whole process - from Cindy putting up with me going back and forth trying the different sofa's to the 2 guys who delivered. Exceptional customer service. Stunning sofas. The quality is superb and the sofas are beautiful. We originally purchased two 'Drummond' sofas but after delivery decided we'd prefer a lower seat so ordered the two and three seater Wandsworth. Cristina at distinctive Chesterfields arranged to swap them over without any hesitation, providing great advice on what would suit us better with the Wandsworth. Emails were responded to really quickly, even in the evenings when the store had closed. The turn around time from order to making and dispatching the product was quicker than other outlets and delivery was convenient with a clear time set on day of arrival. The delivery team were really friendly, helpful and punctual. Probably the best customer service we have come across and such a beautiful product. Thank you! Helen & Ben Davies

SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL CHESTERFIELD SOFA. Had really good service. Kept me informed and updated. The sofa is beautiful and bespoke, looks fabulous in our lounge, comfy and was a lot less than another company we did business with and had to send back their sofa....Distinctive Chesterfields saved us saving over £1300. Great quality and well made. Love it !!

Unable to find a suite that we liked in the Teesside area and being seen to by Del boy salesmen in the various furniture stores as soon as we walked in, we visited the Huddersfield store early December 18 to have a look Olivia explained all, (She knew her product), we ordered our two London Chesterfields 06 Jan , all went as advised, with build time and delivery as advised Monday Morning 7am 4th March payments made accordingly and looks great ! cant fault them.

We ordered our chairs on 7th January and were told it would be 6 or 7 weeks. Spot on they arrived a few days ago. They look great in the room, I did have some problems setting up the credit agreement but I think that was more to do with the credit company than Distinctive Chesterfields. My only quibble, having spent so much, would be that a complimentary care kit wasn't included. It only needed to be enough for a few months and I would have then been able to re-order the recommended product
