Rien à dire de mal tout est parfait, l'accueil , le suivi , la qualité est partout .Très bonne enseigne et je dirais même à développer en France, de façon à permettre aux clients de se déplacer vers un lieu près de chez eux pour pouvoir voir le produit désiré.Bonne continuation.

Went for a browse as recently moved home and looking for some inspiration on sofas. Discussed various options with a lovely knowledgeable and polite lady named Sindy. Never felt pressurised to buy and received answers to all our questions. Hoping to make a further visit in the next few months.

Quality service in the showroom in Huddersfield where I looked at the large selection of sofas. I really liked the idea that I could mix and match the sofa styles, the colour's and even the feet to create my own bespoke sofa. The delivery date I was given was adhered to, and the two guys who did the delivery were both very polite and knowledgeable about the products.

We went into the Huddersfield store on Saturday, to have a look and get advice for buying a classic Chesterfield settee. The service we got from a lovely girl called Cindy, who works there was fantastic, very helpful, polite and gave great advice. Quality of the furniture is of high spec and what a lovely warm feeling we got, from walking around the show room.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FIRM APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought 2 sofas 11months ago have asked them to rectify 3 faults under 12month guarantee they are refusing to. One cushion has collapsed and you slide off it , part of the colour has come off ( nothing has been spilt on it) and the edging is coming away on one seat showing line of undyed leather under stitches. They are saying I've wiped solvent on it! If something had been spilt then their would be run marks !! They will not rectify faults and got sales girl to ring to tell me no involvement from management no ownership of problem . They sent rude assessor out who spoke two words to me then wrote report contradicting everything I told him. Appalling service once got your money they don't want to know trading standards need to be investigating this firm as they are selling products not fit for purpose. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF AT DFS. A SOFA SHOULD LAST LONGER THAN 11MONTHS BUT OBVIOUSLY THEIR SOFAS DONT. In reply to your so called response ,funny you couldn't be bothered to contact me until I put a poor review on here. If you checked with the sales assistant who rang I will not mention her name as she shouldn't be dealing with a complaint anyway. I asked that a member of management contact me on Monday to discuss my complaint ,surprisingly no one rang but if you want to put a pathetic attempt to diffuse the matter by claiming I'd damaged the sofa with chemicals I'd like to know how I managed to spill a chemical in an exact pattern of the stitches and under the stitches without damaging the rest of the seat? Also there is no mention of the collapse of the cushion and base which is a structural defect covered under the 12 month guarantee. Under the consumer credit act an item should be fit for purpose ,this seat cannot be sat on as it is collapsing into base. I didn't not agree to anything with the sales girl as she was supposed to pass the complaint on she didn't even read out the full details and was supposed to send a copy of the assessors report to me. You have not offered to do anything to rectify these problems and as this is under quarantee I will not be paying for repairs. I will be sending a further complaint to your head office and would suggest you use an assessor who knows what he is taking about also I found him to be extremely rude ,difficult and he made me feel uncomfortable in my own home by his refusal to engage in conversation and his completely unprofessional manner . I Will be passing my file to trading standards.

Écoute et conseils personnalisés avant commande, avec des réponses rapides, aide à la commande, suivi sans faille après, règlement rapide des complications de livraison (dues au transporteur) ..Seul bémol, le délai, puisque fabriqué main à la commande, mais c'est la contrepartie d'une qualité exceptionnelle pour un prix à peine plus élevé que des imitations industrielles en cuir bas de gamme et aux capitons sans relief, vendues en grande distribution. Absolument rien à redire, qualite/prix remarquable...

Nous avons commandé un canapé 3 places en cuir, non sans appréhension je dois l’avouer, car nous n’avons pas pour habitude de commander ce genre de chose sur internet (vu le prix et l’encombrement) et encore moins à l’étranger. Cependant&, nous ne sommes absolument pas déçus ! Nous sommes même ravis de notre achat :) Article conforme à notre choix, arrivé dans les temps et en parfait état ! Nous avons apprécié la relation client avec Delphine qui se rend toujours disponible, que ce soit par mail ou par téléphone. Nous n’hésiterons pas à renouveler un achat sur ce site. Merci :)

Nous avons choisi un modèle holyrood 3 places (3 coussins) antic brown. Delphine a été de bons conseils et disponible, c'est agréable.:) La livraison a été faite dans le temps imparti et le produit bien protégé est arrivé sanglé sur palette dans le camion. Lors de la vérification, le déballage des protections a laissé place à un superbe canapé. C'est vraiment du beau travail.

We’ve visited the store prior to purchase, and Cristina was very helpful with our queries etc. We’ve had to order it on the phone and everything went smoothly from order to delivery. Sofa is an excellent quality and we are enjoying it very much. I would highly recommend Distictive Chesterfields to anyone.

Steve MD from distinctive chesterfields provided great customer service to sort the issues we had. The after service has certainly rectified this for us. - Thanks - SG After a good start with sales everything has been downhill. The 2 sofas were delivered and we had one sent back. The rectified sofa that came back they restretched the fabric so it’s caused loads of creases that the other sofa doesn’t have. The sofa that came back, the support has cracked so it makes a loud cracking noise when getting off and on it. The first sofa lacks support and despite suppose to be the same sofa it is completely different in feel. I’ve been back and fourth with an employee at the Huddersfield branch for 3 weeks now getting nowhere. I just want a refund and I’ll go elsewhere. I’ll be starting court action if we’re still not sorted soon. Avoid.
