France | 17 October 2018J’ai commandé le 24 juillet 2018 un canapé Belchamp 4 places cuir Black House et deux fauteuils Belchamp cuir Black House. Je reçois le 20 août un email m’indiquant que le cuir sélectionné ne sera disponible que le 15 septembre 2018 et que je dois donc être patient… La société Distinctive Chesterfields précise que ce décalage de mise en production est indépendant de sa volonté et fait porter la responsabilité sur son fournisseur italien … Pour rappel, j’ai signé un bon de commande avec Distinctive Chesterfields, leur problème de réassort avec leur tannerie italienne ne me regarde pas… Bien sûr, aucun geste commercial n’est proposé. Le canapé et les fauteuils ont été livrés le 5 octobre 2018, soit 74 jours après la commande. Le livreur polonais (camion immatriculé en Pologne) qui s’est présenté à mon domicile ne parlait ni anglais, ni français, ce qui ne facilite pas les échanges… de plus il boitait car s’était certainement blessé lors de la livraison précédente… Heureusement qu’un ami était venu m’aider, nous avons donc descendu nous-mêmes le canapé et les fauteuils du camion afin de lui faciliter la tâche. Je précise que le livreur était poli et courtois. Enfin, lors du déballage du canapé et des deux fauteuils, je constate qu’il y a une anomalie concernant les pieds d’un des fauteuils, j’avais 3 pieds sans roulette et 1 pied avec roulette ! J’ai donc du écrire au service clientèle pour obtenir l’envoi d’un pied avec roulette, ce pied est arrivé chez moi le lundi 15 octobre !!! Bien qu’ayant précisé mon mécontentement relatif à mon expérience client, je n’ai reçu en retour qu’un mot d’excuse. J’espère que le canapé et les fauteuils me donneront satisfaction dans la durée. Suis très surpris de la réponse qui m'est faite en remettant en cause ma notation de 3 étoiles qui se veut factuelle et qui répond exactement à ce qu'elle signifie pour TrustPilot, à savoir "Expérience acceptable mais à améliorer". Je n'ai jamais écrit que je n'avais pas été informé du retard de mise en production... pourquoi reprendre ce point dans votre réponse alors que vous restez silencieux sur la prestation de la livraison ? De plus, concernant la livraison du pied, votre service commercial m'avait indiqué le samedi 6 octobre par email qu'il me serait livré sous 48h, il est arrivé chez moi le lundi 15 octobre, nous ne devons pas être dans le même espace temps... Enfin, sachez que le manque d'empathie et de considération de votre réponse m'inciterait à revoir ma notation à la baisse mais je ne veux pas dévaloriser le travail de vos tapissiers qui est excellent.

We had lots of questions regarding design, colour, leather and style that were answered within hours. Their customer service is second to none and their staff are a credit to the company. We dealt mainly with Maxine who was an absolute delight. From initial emails to delivery everything was smooth and effortless. The delivery was precise, on time and the gentleman delivering were exceptionally polite and professional. They had respect for our home when bringing our chesterfield inside and did so with care and precision. We had a few issues with the size and had problems fitting it through the hallway but they offered advise and kind words that put our mind at ease. I would most certainly take more custom to them and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. We have a totally stunning piece of furniture that will only get better with age!!. The cost of the sofas was great value for money, the range of colours that Distinctive chesterfields offer in their sofa range serve to match any colour scheme. I was really impressed with the customer service I received when I visited the store and met with Cristina, I was so indecisive I visited the store again and again, all the staff I met in the store were really helpful and knowledgeable. I took home several leather samples and leaflets to help with my selection until I finally made my choice. I paid 50% of the price when I placed my order and the remainder two weeks before the delivery. I was kept informed about the progress of my purchase right up till the night before the delivery when I received a call to check any last minute arrangements. Communication was excellent throughout. The delivery men were on time, lovely, warm, friendly, professional, they took great care when bringing my furniture in and set out the sofas exactly where I wanted them to go, they unwrapped the sofas and took away all the wrapping with them when they left. There are so many things I love about the sofas, and the whole purchasing experience was first class. She never rushed us and it never felt like she was pushing for a sale. It felt like you were chatting to a friend. They manufactured the sofa in time and managed to get it to us before the date we had asked for! It is a lovely sofa bed. It's beautiful, comfortable, easy to set up and spacious!
