It was so easy all the options online, samples sent very quickly brochure also available and finally placed order over telephone so helpful and friendly, delivered no problems nice friendly happy lads woluld definitely recommend them .

From the HOURS we spent in the showroom being indecisive, to delivery, and beyond, they couldn’t have been more helpful. 2 weeks after ordering I had a panic because we had ordered a new shade of leather and there weren’t any photos of finished sofas in it online anywhere. I emailed them, and they sent me a photo of someone else’s in the same colour, which had just been completed which really reassured me. Thankfully when our sofas arrived they looked just like we had hoped. The delivery guys were fantastic, checked everything over and removed the rubbish. A couple of weeks on, our Hampton sofas remain the most comfortable sofas I’ve ever sat on!

Terrible company, steer well clear. Bought two new sofas for nearly £4,000 and within six weeks the leather started to wear and lighten unacceptably. They were not interested whatsoever. Ended up taking them to the small claims court to get my money back. Tried to call their MD to discuss sensibly but was told he 'doesn't speak to customers'. Avoid.

The fact that they were one of the few furniture companies with a showroom that I didn't need a car to get to was the first good sign. I could actually test out the Chesterfield before spending money on it. But things only got better from there. Helpful, gracious sales staff, flexibility in material and design (my doorways are smaller than standard, which made it a challenge) and a nice, simple, quick delivery. Oh, and the product itself was just what we were hoping for.

My Chesterfields were delivered today and they were even better than I had hoped for! Bespoke and handmade in the UK, the quality is outstanding. Plus, the customer service is fantastic and so I couldn’t recommend Distinctive Chesterfields enough. Thank you so much!

L'emballage est à l'image de la qualité de fabrication. Quand au canapé, nous sommes ravi d'avoir fait le choix de Distinctive Chesterfield. C'est tout à fait conforme à ce que nous attendions, excellent produit, très belle réalisation. Bravo.

The service was excellent all round, ordered 2x3 seater London Chesterfields made toast we wanted them. Communication throughout was excellent. They were delivered a little earlier than the lead time given. So all round excellent service. Sofas as comfy too! :) Would not hesitate to use again though I am expecting them to last for years to come :D

Avoid at all costs..if only a zero rating was possible. The workmanship of the actual pieces that arrive is shocking to say the least. We purchased 3 pieces from the London studio after spending £4000, all was good until the delivery day arrived. Bad pleats, damaged feet, creased velvet, creaking sounds the list is never ending. After much back and forth the sofas were collected to be ‘repaired’. To our horror, they came back with little improvement !!! The regional manager point blank refused to take the sofas back and simply said the quality was acceptable. What makes things worse is we kept all the original photos from the studio and the sofas look complete different ! Again no solution provided. Reluctantly we accepted that we had no recourse, now a few months later the pleats have stared to come undone again. Please, please please avoid this outfit. We are now in the conversation with a furniture ombudsman and we fear the only action left is legal.
