Now I have bought two sofas from these guys one of them custom made. I could not be happier with the product or the customer service.

The thought of buying a sofa filled me with dread. The last time we did it about 7 years ago was in a showroom where the salesperson spent more time telling me I needed insurance and explaining that if I didn't fluff the seat cushions daily we should expect them to thin. While the sofa lasted just fine without either of these things, the buying process was so horrible that I vowed to avoid all major brand showrooms for our Chesterfield purchase. I was delighted to find DC - a local company who clearly care about what they do - that is apparent in the way the employees behave. We are delighted with our 3 seater Chesterfield and two chairs. What is more - because we were decorating when they arrived we left the wrap on for over a week. After removing I noticed an imperfection in one of the chair arms and a rip to the lining under the Chesterfield. As I had waited some time to report this to be honest I expected to be told 'tough'. Maxine couldn't have been more helpful - within 24 hours of me submitting the photo the engineer called to arrange a slot to recolour the arm and fully replaced the lining under the sofa. I didn't know customer service like that still existed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who would like to remember what it is to enjoy a shopping experience!

I purchased a bespoke item (increased height of the couch). I ordered the 3-seat, 91-inch long London Chesterfield. When it arrived, it measured at 79 inches long. I contacted the vendor immediately to return the couch and get a refund as it was not what I paid for. They stated they would not give me a refund and argued the couch was the right size even though I provided pictures and video alongside measuring tape to prove it was the wrong size. They were not accommodating despite the fact that my shipment was late due to them not having enough fabric in time. I was nice about the delay and did not complain only for them to not make the couch I ordered. I’m still unsatisfied with their response. They also tried to wait and respond once my 30 days were up regarding the guarantee, although I contacted them IMMEDIATELY about measurements. I will not recommend to anyone I know. The work was beautiful, but it wasn’t right. And the service recovery was nonexistent.

From expert opinion on the furniture to assistance with design, distinctive chesterfield has been a quality service. All the staff are well informed and keen to assist without being pushy. The delivery was superb, professional and respectful even taking their shoes off so not to spoilour new carpet! The furniture looks amazing and is comfortable as well as quality and stylish. We have no hesitation in recommending this company

Un showroom à Blois bien achalandé qui permet de tester les différents formes, profondeurs, hauteurs, coussins, etc... Ensuite un délai de fabrication raisonnable, une livraison à domicile sans problèmes. Et... une immense satisfaction une fois le Chesterfield installé : chaleur, virilité, confort. Je recommande vivement Distinctive Chesterfields.

Well back for our third order, already bought a set of chesterfields for the lounge and a chaise longes for the hall, and now back for a chair for the home office. Yet again service and quality second to none, even organised delivery with us when we were on holiday and arranged final payment on day of delivery as we were just back. We have had the first lot of furniture almost three years and its still like brand new, the gainsborough chair matches and oozes quality. Not sure what else there is for us to buy but if we need any furniture this will be the first place we look. Have recommended to all our friends.

Great experience! Awesome people! I have visited their showroom more than once and every time the lovely Christina made me feel like I’m the most import person on the world. On each visit Christina has taken the time to sit with me and discuss all the sofa options, she has given me samples of fabric to discuss with my partner, and also given me her honest opinions on my fabric and color choices. More than that, I also had the pleasure to meet the Manager, Gabriel, who is a really pleasant guy and who recommended me the best sofa I’ve ever bought. They are great people and they make this showroom a really great shopping experience!
