Excellent service and excellent advice. I met the manager only once (great guy, very piercing look), but my best experiences were with Christina. She's helped me a lot and she's done her best to accommodate my needs, always replying my definitely annoying emails (sometimes at inappropriate hours). Great working with you!

Distinctive Chesterfields - Wow!!! I have visited the Huddersfield showroom on several occasions and each time have been greeted by the lovely Maxine. On each visit Maxine has taken the time to sit with me and discuss my various sofa options, given me samples of fabric to take home, and also given me her honest opinions on my fabric and colour choices. After deliberating for a little while, I purchased two sofa's from Distinctive Chesterfields. A 3 seater Clapham and a 3 seater London. Whilst I knew the sofa's would fit in my living room, I was a little worried the sofas wouldn't fit through the doors. On my delivery day the delivery team arrived at the exact time they said they would. To get the sofa's in the house the delivery drivers needed to remove a light fitting and a door stopper, they did this swiftly before carefully unwrapping my new sofa's. I am absolutely delighted with my new sofa's, they have totally exceeded my expectations and have completely transformed my living room. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Distinctive Chesterfields, their customer service is second to none, and their sofa's are amazing!!! If you visit the Huddersfield showroom - ask for Maxine - she is fantastic !

Products 5 star but the after sales service is shocking, 1 star. Better service from Asda or Tesco from buying a can of baked beans than a £800 chair from this company.. The last review is right. Once they have your money, the after sales service is poor. They can get defensive in their response again but they are very good leading up to the sale but ignore your afterwards. Disappointed as I had purchased a number of things from them in the past don't think I will do again. Shame they don't listen.

Great service before you buy quickly goes away once they have got your cash. The castors on one of our chairs were damaged in transit and we were told by the delivery driver that they would be replaced. I phoned the store to confirm this (and ask for feet instead of castors) which they agreed to. I then receiced an email saying that they won't be doing this, blaming temporary staff and saying my chair was sold as seen (no damage to castors when seen in showroom)

Absolutely top class Service and the workmanship that goes into their products is just outstanding. Personally I think Distinctive Chesterfield is the only place to go if you want the best of the best.

Amazing service in store, stayed open late for us. We were kept up to date on our order and are thrilled with our sofa now it is here.

I received my sandringham three seat chesterfield and one larger than normal one seat chesterfield sofas as requested to my specification I can only say I am gobsmacked at the quality and workmanship that goes into the making of these sofas, I'm happy is an under statement.Its great to see there are great companys out there doing great quality work for amazing price.will be using Distinctive Chesterfields again and recommend to everyone I know,customer service brilliant they listen to what u want and that is very important thank you all Mrs Thomson Glasgow.

Très bon conseil au show room.Belle couleur, beau cuir, belle façon Canapé arrivé très bien emballé, bien protégé pour le transport En revanche société de transport pas sympa, trop contractuelle. Les transporteurs ont refusé de monter 5 marches pour mettre le canapé à l intérieur de la maison, déposé devant la porte!

Visited the Huddersfield which very welcoming.Ordered 2 x 2 seater Holyrood sofas which were on a 4/5 week delivery.After 3 weeks arranged delivery to suit me,the day before they phoned to tell me they would arrive the following afternoon as they had a drop in Cornwall in the morning Here in Sheffield I was surprised to get a call after lunch to say they would arrive in a hour. The delivery guys were very polite and helpful bringing in the sofas and positioning them in the lounge. The sofas look great and we are very pleased with the quality. Glad we upgraded the cushions as they give a firm but comfortable seat. Jeff H Sheffield
