Ordered two chesterfields early this year. When they arrived they were not as expected. I phoned the office, they put me at ease straight away and said they would remake the sofas. Which they did do. Worth the wait, as they look amazing in our new home.

All looks lovely in are new room, and the delivery drivers were very good,. Only thing was pm means after tea not 12pm

Buying 4 chesterfield sofas online in the UK was quit a step but thanks to a very nice brochure, free leather samples and a very good email contact we took it. No regrets at all, 4 perfect sofas were delivered.

I now have the most wonderful sofa, beautifully made to my own specifications, which is extremely comfortable and looks just as I'd hoped in my living room. The customer service has been excellent, from going in to the show room to taking delivery. My sofa is perfect. Thank you.

Unbeatable Quality! I'd been looking around for new sofas for a while before I stumbled across Distinctive Chesterfields and decided to visit their factory near Huddersfield. Comparing the stock in their showroom against the typical high street options, it was clear that they stood out from the crowd. I have been a fan of chesterfield sofa's for years now and when the time came for me to buy my first Chesterfield it was an easy choice. I found Distinctive Chesterfields through online searches and feedback sites and thought this is the one for me, from ordering a brochure and swatches, to looking at options of sofas online, emailing Maxine Wilby (who is fantastic) on more or less a daily basis with questions. Once ordered it taken around 4-6 weeks to arrive and the delivery team where great, 07:50 delivery and only taken 15 mins. The final product was amazing in a luxury leather finished and recommend the feather & foam filling, getting more comfortable every day. Amazing Quality, Great Service, Recommend to anyone!!!!!!
