I finally placed an order from Distinctive Chesterfield via email and phone call. After months of browsing the websites from many different manufacturers and retailers, I decided to give Distinctive Chesterfield a try. I ordered 3 items, a 3-seater Goodwood sofa in antique blue heavy rub off effect, a Paris chair in premium sahara leather, and a Westminster lounge chair in luxury mustard. This is my first chesterfield experience and I hope the results will be great. I am so looking forward to my items. No doubts the service is excellent. I have been liaising with Maxine and she has been very helpful. I received the brochures and swatch samples and I love what I see. We have had our Chesterfield for six weeks now and are very happy with it although I cannot comment long term. However, we are delighted with their customer service. From the helpful and attentive salesman in the London showroom, through the friendly and co-operative delivery men and lastly the workshop who made us bespoke arm covers, it was a great experience. Definitely recommended.

We are very happy with leather sofa & chair that we purchased. The online ordering was straight forward & the items delivered more than met our expectations. The delivery men were very helpful & skilful as they managed to get the furniture through a tight doorway with ease.

Purchased a large Chesterfield after visiting multiple stores throughout the north. Distinctive Chesterfields were the best for us. Great styles and very comfortable. Great prices too. Just worth noting that ours didn't come in parts, we were told it does. As a result it wouldn't fit into our house so we had to remove the window. We have a large Victorian property too, which boasts large doorways. The delivery guys were great, offering much help to try and get it fitted without damaging either the Chesterfield or our property. Sofa is now 2 months old, the foam and feather has worn in very well and offers amazing comfort. Very well made with lovely touches such as a small 'Distinctive' tag on the rear.

We made a visit to the Company prior to making our order. We were made very welcome. Our requirements were discussed at length which resulting in our ordering there and then. We were kept updated with the progress of our order with furniture being delivered on time. Despite restricted access to our house the guys completed the delivery without fuss. The chesterfield and two chairs look fab in our house. We are very pleased.

Expert advice given. Time to make decisions, with no pressure. One slight problem but sorted out straight away. Very happy customer and would highly recommend.

Once we had decided which company to buy our new leather furniture from, and after selecting which sofa/armchair/footstool we liked, Maxine very helpfully guided us through the whole process of which coloured leather to choose, (sending us many free samples) and in placing our order. Maxine was extremely helpful throughout. Our furniture was delivered approx. 7 weeks afterwards by a two-man crew, who cheerfully and carefully ( since we have a very old cottage with low ceilings/door frames it wasn't too easy for them) unwrapped the furniture and placed the furniture where we wanted it. The furniture is extremely well made, it's just beautiful. We really are very, very pleased in our dealings with Distinctive Chesterfields and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Excellent quality, excellent service, excellent value for money. We bought 2 London chesterfields in premium holster, and will be looking at buying a third in the near future. They look superb, are incredibly comfortable, and the quality of build is significantly better than anything we have seen 'on the high street'.

Looking for a Chesterfield suite I trawled the internet and came across a few sites. Having studied the various sites they all seemed to offer a good deal. However I wanted to see what I was buying. I found Distinctive had a showroom in London. I visited and was very impressed with the displays, the quality and the professional salesperson who approached me. I made a decision on what I wanted however i needed it for a specific date. This was checked and everything was confirmed and I paid a deposit. A week before the delivery was due I was emailed with the confirmation of the delivery. It was delivered and sited in the room of my choice , I am extremely happy with the suite and recommend the company.

We ordered our sofa without seeing upfront and felt slightly nervous about doing so even though the staff were so helpful and sent loads of photos. However there was nothing to be nervous of the sofas are lovely and we are very happy with their quality. Many thanks
