Ich habe mir bei Distinctive Chesterfield ein 3-Sitzersofa und einen Sessel ( beide mit Wolle bezogen ) bestellt und bin von der Optik und der Qualität absolut überwältigt. Die Wolle fühlt sich sehr angenehm an ( sie kratzt nicht auf nackter Haut, zum Beispiel an den Armen ) und die Polsterung ist sehr bequem. Auch der Unterbau wirkt stabil und die Füße sind aus Kernholz gefertigt. Die Qualität hat mich also schonmal total überzeugt. Nun noch etwas für alle Käufer aus dem Ausland so wie ich. Ich habe mir die Möbel im Internet angesehen und fand es schade das es nur jeweils ein Bild gab und nur aus einer Perspektive, aber für alle die das gleiche Problem bei der Kaufentscheidung haben: Die Sofas sehen wirklich so gut aus wie auf den Bildern! Nachdem ich mich dann entschieden hatte, wurde ich auch sehr zeitnah von Maxine Wilby kontaktiert. Sie hat mich während der Herstellungszeit immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten und meine Fragen zur vollen Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Auch als ich darum gebeten habe die Lieferung auf ein Wochenende zu legen, war das überhaupt kein Problem. Fazit: Qualität, Kundenbetreuung und Preisleistungsverhältnis sind top. Wer den englischen oder Kolonialstil bevorzugt, MUSS sich hier ein Sofa kaufen.

Das Sofa ist absolut hochwertig verarbeitet und wunderschön. Trotz online Verkauf und ohne "Probesitzen" konnte ich perfekt mit German Sales Executive Maxine Wilby alle Details klären und wurde intensiv unterstützt. Ich hatte ein eher schweres und langes Sofa gekauft, daher war die "Aufstellung vor Ort" ein bisschen aufregend, aber da auch dies dann letztendlich bestens geklappt hat, möchte ich dafür keinen Abzug geben.

I ordered 2 sofas from this company without visiting their showroom and they made the whole process extremely easy. I was sent as many samples as I wanted and was advised about new premium leather colours being sold at the standard price for a limited time which I took advantage of. The customer service was excellent as I was advised which leathers would be best for withstanding a young family and everyone I spoke to could not have been more helpful. The sofas arrived on time and are beautiful.

We took a trip to Distinctive chesterfields head office in January with our 3 month old daughter. We were politely welcomed and allowed to roam at our own free will - the array of chesterfields made it harder to decide what we wanted. These chesterfields are made to a very high standard and I even got a glimpse of the manufacturing facility which proved they were proud of their products. Going through all the options, from leather finish/style to payment it was an easy process even whilst managing a new born. Distinctive Chesterfields were accommodating in every way and we left reassured knowing we had placed an order with a very capable Chesterfield manufacturer. With no delays our bespoke Chesterfields arrived on time, and looking even better than what we had been imagining! These are great chesterfields which we know will last! Ordered sofa, chair and stool through the London store. Helpful to have advice, large leather samples and see examples. After that the service was exactly as promised. As first on the delivery round furniture was delivered by 7.30 am including removal of old. What's not to like.

Spent weeks looking at various Chesterfields. Eventually decided on a large 3 seater from Distinctive Chesterfields. I AM SO HAPPY WE DID. Their customer service and delivery were absolutely excellent and the sofa itself is the best choice we could have made. It's sometimes difficult (and disappointing) when you order on-line but in this case it was perfect - would totally recommend this company and their sofas/chairs, they're wonderful quality which exceed expectations.

I really couldn't be more pleased the my sofa and the service I received. When we visited the show room in London I spent ages giddily hopping from chesterfield to chesterfield trying them out and trying to visualise what it would look like in my living room. Whilst I doing this all my questions were answered by the ever professional Cristina. When I called up later to purchase it this level of professionalism continued and as she walked me though every option available making sure we we're both on the same page before the order went in, going as far as to email me photo's of other pieces with different types on rubs to make sure I'd be totally satisfied when it arrived. When we had an issue getting the chesterfield in my home again DC's consummate professionalism and dedication to providing an excellent customer service shone through again. A smaller one was made up and delivered with no fuss. Now on to the wandsworth itself. You know real quality when you see it and this is it. The colour is perfect with the rub exactly as I requested. The quality of the leather is fantastic to the point that I was almost afraid to touch it. The feather and foam seats are the perfect combination of firmness and softness. It's easily the most comfortable thing I've sat on in my short collection of years. I look forward to completing my collection with a paxton wing chair in the future.

After weeks of choosing what sort of sofas we wanted, we stumbled across Distinctive Chesterfields, and visited their London showroom. Gabriel in the showroom was fantastic, especially as we must've pushed his patience to the limit as we must've sat on almost every sofa and moved seat cushions around endlessly. He managed to listen to our specific requirements and even managed to proactively suggest a custom leather from Italy. Once we signed all the paperwork, and arrived home, we had to make a change and downsize one piece from 3 seats to 2. It was just too big, but nothing was too much trouble. After that debacle was over, Claire managed the rest, which was seamless. Finally we came to delivery day, and the guys who arrived promptly, and gave notice of their arrival by SMS as promised. They were polite, friendly and accommodating. I cannot recommend this company more highly, and the end result is fantastic, EVERYONE who has seen the sofas, and sat on them have been full of praise and approval. Absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end. We visited the London store to browse and found the staff could not be more helpful. Some very honest and helpful advice was given as to the right design and size for our space, and which leather and colour would be most durable. Bespoke chesterfields were ordered and delivered in less than 6 weeks. The delivery guys arrived this morning and had two sofas in my living room, unwrapped and set up in less than 15 minutes. I could not be happier with the quality of the sofas or the service I've received from the shop staff, head office, workshop and delivery teams. Thoroughly recommended.

We ordered a leather Goodwood chesterfield from Distinctive Chesterfields in Antique Gold. They were very helpful in trying to come to a decision on colour - although the initial swatches weren't particularly useful, the team were happy to send through a lot of photos to help with our decision. The sofa has arrived (delivery was arranged easily and came on time) and we were absolutely amazed by how good it looks - so much better than we could have hoped for. And a fantastic price, nearly half of that for equivalent style models in the major sofa chain. In all, absolutely brilliant and we would highly recommend.

They couldn't have been more helpful, I wasn't out to buy an expensive suite or selection of furniture, I just wanted a spare part for my 30 year old Captains Chair ! After searching the internet I came across Distinctive Chesterfields website and saw they had these chairs in their portfolio, so a phone call made and next minute it's looking good... "Yes" they can help me out, no problem, only too pleased to help. Within a week it was ordered, paid for, delivered, and it does the job. Excellent, so happy. We love our new velvet Chesterfield, the order process on the phone was simple and even when we changed our mind about the cushions it was dealt with in a very simple and straight forward manner. Even the chaps who delivered it were a polite and conscientious bunch. We were a little worried when we first sat on it as it seemed very hard and unforgiving but a couple of weeks later it started to become more comfy. Would certainly buy from them again, high quality product, good value for money and made in the UK, what more do you need!

I started scouting for sofa's last summer and fell in love with Distinctive Chesterfield's London sofa. After much saving my husband and I were finally able to purchase it in January. We were so pleased with the level of communication and updates post-order, the delivery of and quality of the sofa once in our new home. We are so happy with it - thank you so much!

We received our sofa days before Christmas and have been over the moon with it ever since. I would also like to say that Distinctive chesterfields were a dream to deal with from the staff at the London showroom(with which we visited) through to the office staff and delivery drivers, I felt they were all very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone but would advise on visiting a showroom as there are many choices made available to you from leathers, frames etc. Quite often you change your mind on what you think you want when you visit the showroom..... as we did :)

We took a long time to decide on the right sofas and visited more sofa stores than I care to mention before deciding on Distinctive Chesterfields. The staff are friendly and informed whether it was at their northern factory/ showroom or their London store. Finally decided on the Hampton range and a 4 seat sofa, 3 seat sofa and matching foot stall, placing order through Christina who assisted with some customisation requests and kept us informed as to progress. All were delivered to time by polite and helpful staff. Very happy with the sofas , expensive yes but you get the quality you pay for.

We ordered via the London branch and both Christina and Gabriel were very helpful. We weren't able to visit the store but their advice was spot on. We are very pleased with the 2 seater sofa bed, the bed is very good, not the usual squeaky metal. We also ordered an armchair and have just ordered a footstool. If you aren't able to visit the store I would recommend noting the seat cushion height as the armchair we ordered is really nice but sits higher than the sofa and you'd probably need to be about 6 foot tall to feel comfortable. But that was our mistake. Highly recommend, really nice products.

Excellent service throughout. We visited the London showroom where Gabriel was very professional in helping us choose the right sofa, ordering was easy with him would recommend a visit to the showroom before ordering as you think you may know what you want but when you visit the showroom you will see so many options (upgrade frame and seat cushions). Delivered on time and the delivery men were very professional too. we would highly recommend this company.
