Excellent service, from the London showroom, through the office staff to the delivery drivers. We ordered a Chesterfield two seater on 20/11/2015 and requested delivery before Christmas. This was confirmed and delivery took place on 19/12/2015 as arranged. The London showroom has a full display of products as well as colour samples which are provided on request. We would happily purchase from Distinctive Chesterfields again and thoroughly recommend the company and their products.

Finding the right chesterfield is unbelievably difficult. As our interior designer had no experience with chesterfields at all and the German warehouses generally don't sell any good ones, we had to search online for an original, english sofa. As samples were sent only a few days after our enquirer, we not only had the chance to make sure the leather, color and quality is perfect, we could also ensure that the comfort was better than with normal chesterfield sofas. It is great to build your own sofa for a price which is competitive to any serial one! We could not be happier with the sofas, now that they found their place in front of the fireplace! Company professional from the start. Leather samples dispatched overnight and delivery quoted on ordering was beaten. Receipt of chairs was within 10 minutes of date/time quoted two weeks earlier. Impressed with the quality of the chairs, really look the part.

Received our bespoke Kensington sofas yesterday 10th December 2015. Perfect, really happy with the advice we were given re type of leather to suit a household with dog and cat. Took time to go through all our questions ( never had a leather sofa before) didn't rush or pressure us at all . They look fantastic,very happy.

I have just had my 2 sofas in Deluxe Arabica Finish. Thay are stunning, From ordering until delivery approx 6 weeks. They are to the highest quality i could not fault them. I have always wanted a Chesterfield sofa and after some careful research online Distinctive Chesterfields looked the best company. They have a great reputation along with a profound client list. They make beautiful sofas with excellent craftsmanship. The prices justify the quality and craftsmanship of the sofas. They give a professional service from order to delivery and I full recommend them! 5 out of 5!!!

i ordered a sofa, it went back because faulty leather was used. placed order for another one, they forgot to put the middle leg which was ordered so man came ripped apart the base and fixed a stretcher and an additional foot. with in two month or three a button on the seat popped up....the man was sent again, had to rip apart the base to fix the button. again after six months or so another button popped up ....the man was sent again this time with out button he couldn't fix it. now i am i am expecting him again to come, and reserve a day for him again....please do not get carried away with the feed back because i saw all these positive remarks before placing order, but unfortunately its not always like this. they are neither taking the sofa back nor refunding.....this company is money hungry....doesnt care about the customer, i even cry because the sofa costed more than 1700 pounds..... please do not order with them....better use house of fraser, or john lewis or any other store where you have full confidence of getting your money back or product replaced if its faulty.

I should've written this review about a year ago, but I have been so totally and utterly intoxicated by the lasting comfort of such exquisite sofas that it completely slipped my mind. The tufted leather is absolutely stunning, you will not be disappointed by anything you order from Distinctive Chesterfields. More so, Ruth Olbrych goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. She is great at what she does and cares whether or not you are happy once the transaction is complete. There is no doubt in my mind that I will purchase additional pieces from Ruth in the future! Great company and even better people!

We were very impressed with the friendly, helpful service we received from the moment we turned up at short notice to the showroom. Throughout the process we were kept informed and any questions we had were answered promptly. They were more than happy to re-arrange delivery when we weren't quite ready to take the furniture once it was ready and when it was delivered everything went smoothly. The quality of the sofas is excellent and they look wonderful. We would definitely recommend Distinctive Chesterfields to anyone.

The sofas are beautiful. You can see the quality every time we go in the front room. It was great to be able to look round the Honley workshop and see examples of each finished sofa before chosing our design. The range of leathers and colours was extensive and it was helpful to be able to take home samples. A positive experience throughout.

The service and communication was very good from the time of order until delivery.

I have to admit it was a leap if faith to buy furniture on-line without seeing or trying it out. I did really have to think about it, but no shops that I visited had anything like the range, the design of chairs and sofa that appealed to me. I did find the website good to view the products, but was not helpful with colours. The colours listed on the photos varied from the lists. When I did try to order on line it was not as easy as Amazon, so gave up and ordered by phone. Delivery arrangements excellent. Furniture wrapped excellently for travel and delivery team extremely professional. So what did we think of the furniture? We are highly delighted. It is just as we hoped. The quality is obvious and they are not just sofas, but features to enhance a room and be very comfortable as well.

This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with! They define personal customer service. The service is matched by the quality of the furniture. I bought the Hampton Chesterfield sofa in the deluxe Tudor mahogany and I absolutely love it! Worth every penny. I would not recommend distinctive chesterfields enough.

The whole experience from start to finish with Distinctive Chesterfields has been a pleasurable one. My husband went to visit first to see what you made, he had a tour of the premised, watched sofas being made and the process was explained to him. We both went for a further visit a week later and proceeded to order 2 sofas and a winged chair. The staff at all levels were extremely helpful, polite and very professional. Our order arrived a few weeks later, although the foot stool wasn't quite ready, but then arrived last week, which now completes the whole set. All of the furniture looks lovely in our new home.
