From viewing the chair to it being delivered was perfect. The only thing that was not easy was finding the showroom. You can easily miss it.

Andre the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgable. He listened to what I was after and was able to advise on the best selections.

Nous avons commandé 2 canapés qui sont bien arrivés et avec un délais de livraison supplémentaires à notre demande qui a bien été pris en compte. Ambiance parfaite, Showroom bien remplie, Delphine explique très bien les diverses options des traitements de qualités des cuirs proposés et mets vite en confiance pour dissiper nos doutes de passer commande et Angleterre et l’obligation de payer la totalité pour réaliser le dédouanement avant la livraison 🚚. Livreurs sympathique et parlant français. Personne ne nous presse pour passer commande rapidement, c’est appréciable. Bref parfait, pour moi tout c’est bien passé et les délais ont été parfaitement respectés. Voilà un client heureux de Blois 👍😉

Excellent service from start to finish. We first met Olivia at the shop in Huddersfield. She was friendly, and knowledgeable, answering our questions and offering relevant advice as necessary. There was no pressure and we had all the time in the world to make a decision about, what was for us, quite an investment. The information regarding completion and delivery was accurate, and when our sofas arrived yesterday we were delighted. They are beautiful and ooze quality! The delivery team were in the timeframe quoted the previous day, and made l the whole experience easy. I can wholeheartedly recommend Distinctive Chesterfields in Huddersfield. Purchased 2 sofa's from the Huddersfield branch and the cushion fillers on them dont go right into the corners and look ridiculous the larger sofa has a flaw where the leather is all twisted.For the price of these I would have expected better quality control and CS is no help what so ever seems to be once we have your money not interested

I purchased 2 chairs and a couch. Both upgraded leather and springs. Product arrived months later and the chair broken to no repair. I was asked to keep it for a replacement. Been 4 months and still no replacement. Glad I stored your garbage for 4 months for free. Thank you. The couch I just threw on sidewalk for city bulk trash to pick up. Springs popped and squeezed and sunk 4 inches plus when my kids sat on it. 10 yr son. Biggest pile of trash. I'll never recommend your product. I'm sadly upset I lost thousands. I literally put the couch in City dumpster and the one non broken chair in garage as a smoking chair. The new one if it arrives will be donated or thrown in garage. Never seen such poor quality in furniture.

Passage au showroom en juillet : Delphine répond à toutes les questions avec beaucoup d'amabilité, explique parfaitement toutes les étapes et surtout ne cherche pas à forcer la vente. Livraison par GUISNEL, au top. Le délai a été scrupuleusement respecté malgré la période estivale et le salon livré est tout à fait conforme aux attentes. Le produit est magnifique. Bref, une excellente expérience.

J'ai reçu mon fauteuil d angle chesterfield le 7 août 2023.  Je suis hyper contente.  Il est magnifique, sa couleur bleu est trop belle, comme je voulais. Très confortable. La livraison c est très bien passée.   Les livreurs supers gentils et très rapides au montage du fauteuil.  Delphine est une personne très compétente et très rassurante.  Tout c' est passé comme elle me l avait expliqué lors de notre entretien téléphonique, avant que je passe commande. Je la remercie vivement . Elle est le point fort du Showroom.  En quelques mots professionnels pour elle,  mais très rassurants pour moi, elle a résumé la situation du départ du Royaume-Uni à l arrivée à mon domicile à Menton.  je n ai pas hésité à passer commande le lendemain 25 mai 2023 de mon premier contact téléphonique avec Delphine du showroom

We bought two sofas from distinctive chesterfield the staff was really helpful with both sizing and colour nothing was too much for them.when they were delivered the two men was great and so careful they unwrapped the sofas and took all packaging away.my sofas look great in the royal blue velvet so classy.thank you all at distinctive chesterfield.from Brian and sandra .....
