The visit we made to harbourlifestyle was excellent we was met by a lady who introduced herself she was very relaxed and friendly, offered us tea or coffee and made us feel relaxed she talked us through the options and explained the different buying options and we did not feel pressure at all and we bought with confidence

Great products. Our patio set looks great, even after a long winter. When I had an issue, which was entirely my fault, they went out of their way to be helpful and to rectify the problem. Fantastic customer service.

Great quality and much better than expected. The guys that fitted it were amazing.

I bought an additional side blind for our pergola and everything went well.

We are so pleased with our Harbourlifestyle Pergola that we bought one for my dad. It’s like an extension on the house that allowed us to sit outside until November without the heater on. It’s a real game changer and the staff are so very helpful, answering all my daft questions really quickly. The delivery guys are also really lovely, nothing too much trouble. Love it! Ordered a mirror which I'd like to return but there is no clear returns process listed on the company website. Have emailed to request a return and was asked to send photos of the mirror in its box before any return could be initiated. Having now read other reviews re difficulties customers have had trying to return items to this company, I feel concerned. It is within our Statutory Rights, as consumers, to request a return within 14 days of delivery and it should not be made overly difficult by the company to do so. Wouldn't deal with them again.

Able to speak on phone to person with good knowledge of product. Easy and clear site with prompt delivery. For us this was an expensive online purchase so we were reassured and confident about using the company.

What can I say about Harbour Lifestyle…. The staff are amazing, kind, professional.. I purchased my Santiago set two years ago and a few other purchases since. I called Anna in Customer Service and told her about a little mouse that decided my cushion cover (over the winter) would make a wonderful bed for her and her mousy family..Anna very kindly sorted me another cushion which arrived safely today.. 5 stars*****. We bought and outdoor Luna furniture set with rising fire pit and the products are quality. Took longer to get here than we were told is the only downside and you do pay for the quality (not the cheapest) but hopefully worth it provided it lasts!

Patio Corner Seating unit in charcoal grey. Really pleased with the quality and comfort of the unit. The unit was well packed and protected and delivered on time by 2 personnel.

Harbour lifestyle were great to deal with and the quality of the product is excellent. We bought the corner sofa, gas firepit table and large sunbed from the Luna collection and I would highly recommend them all - beautiful furniture and very good quality.

Wrong product delivered and unfortunately the team we had organized to build the pergola would not come back without paying again. Told harbour lifestyle and still waiting for response. The feedback from the team building was it was poor quality in terms of the screws and things that should have been done like the fixings for the louvre, were beyond difficult and could so easily of been put on by the vendor.

Fortunately Harbour Lifestyle showroom was reasonably close by, so to look at the product first is always a bonus. We weren't disappointed and made arrangements to purchase and have pergola installed there and then. A couple of minor glitches sorting out the installation date were easily dealt with by email. Ethan, Darren and Todd installed the pergola on the agreed date and did a great job. We had a problem with the remote for the heater unit. This was again dealt with by email and a new remote was posted and with us within days. Good company to deal with. So far so good regarding the pergola. Good quality and as the saying goes....you get what you pay for.

I ordered an outdoor rug and 2 outdoor cushions. The rug still hasn't arrived, several weeks after my order. Apparently the label fell off and it was returned to them. Rather than immediately send me a new one (to minimise my inconvenience) they waited until the original rug was received back - as if it was my fault. The rug is now there with the carrier but I've not been in to receive it. Also, I had to chase them several times to find out what was going on. That was bad enough but the cushions I received were mouldy. They were without protective plastic bags and had black patches all over them - front and back. I dread to think how this passed their 'quality control'. When I had to return them, no returns note was provided as indicated in their email. They get 1 extra star due to their CS representative Siana - who at least tried to sort it out for me. Was I offered any sort of discount or compensation? No I was not. Would I shop with them again? Not a chance.

The fact you have an appointment and a dedicated person to take you through everything calmly without juggling other customers is a big bonus. Jade was excellent at gently querying my pre-conceptions and ensuring I fully considered how I wanted to use the pergola and furniture to ensure I purchased the most appropriate items. Jade did not mind how many questions I asked or how many times I went back for a second look at something. It made purchasing a pleasure. She worked hard to ensure everything was in stock for delivery at the same time.

Today we purchased a beautiful pergola from the Harbour Lifestyle showroom. They have a great selection of quality garden products and the customer service from Anna was first class.
