The layout is below sophomore ability, and it seems as if a high school student designed it for the first class project. Even worse then that; there is no logic to the total order amount I am being charged. The Metroshop home page (and every pages thereafter during the order process) states that shipping is FREE for orders over $40 and for orders under $40 shipping is $4.50 for the 1st item and $1 for each additional item. There is absolutely no logic to the checkout process. I am trying to buy 1 swimsuit and 2 silicone caps for $97.50, and Metroshop charges me $11 for shipping!!! Get your stuff together, Metroshop.

United States | 09 June 2017I just called and the rep was very difficult to speak to- she said we have like 500 suits so you'll have to provide me with the product number.... Really?? You can't help me pick out a suit? Ok I'll call another business to buy a suit....

United States | 28 December 2016It's been over a month since I ordered my original swimsuit. It took 10 days to get to my home the first time, and the wrong product was sent. After that, I was made to send the product back. That took another 10 days. Currently I am on the 15th day of waiting for the correct product to get here. Totaling 35 days of waiting and much hassle.

They are very efficient and know how to deal with customers. I'm calling back soon to order more suits for my three children. I am so glad I found this place!

United States | 15 November 2015I've done business with this place only two or three times and the last time was by far one of the worst purchasing experiences I've ever had! I made a purchase over the phone with Ashley and diligently asked details about price and shipping. Four days after I was charged for my it, I was charged for a shipping fee of $11 which was never told to me. Yes, four days later. I live only an hour away from Metro and I only purchased one little girls suit so how it was $11 I have no idea!! After calling the shop to inquire, I was given the run around by Vitma, the "manager". She told me that Ashely forgot to mention the fee so charged me later. Without a phone call! Then after I told Vitma I would dispute the charge if I was not given a refund, she fought me on it basing her charge on ridiculousness. Finally after several clear emails on my behalf, her staff refunded me for shipping. Three weeks went by. Will never deal with this incompetent business again. They have no idea what they are doing or how to treat customers. I gave them one star only for the nice bathing suit that was close to the price of a car payment.

United States | 07 October 2015Prices and selection look good. Site impossible to navigate due to CONSTANT web errors "HTTP: 404". Can't click from one suit color to another without this error. Two days in a row now. Would have already made a purchase if not for these issues. Guess I will go elsewhere.

United States | 15 September 2015We ordered a swim suit and received a bag in the mail. Called on Saturday but no customer service during weekend, so had to wait till Monday. When I called on Monday, mistake was acknowledged (without apology) and was asked to send back the bag before they can ship the suit, or otherwise I will be charged twice. They send me the postage though, but I was hoping for at least an apology, and maybe even some kind of refund or discount.

United States | 15 September 2015Prices and products offered are good, but service leaves something to be desired. Placed an order on a Monday. I was notified via email a week later that the item was unavailable. I guess the website is not updated often. When I called to find other options for the original order, the employee still couldn't guarantee another product was available until she "got her hands on it". Bottom line, if you want to be sure you get the product you order and receive it in a timely manner use another company.
