I purchased a monofin for my mermaid tail costume. Shipping to Ireland was too expensive, but to California; only 12 dollars! Fast shipping, only to days :) great service, great experience with this website

I was not necessarily disappointed to learn that the item that I had ordered was on back order, however, it is frustrating to hear of the delay 6 days after the order had been placed. I would have been able to find the same product elsewhere in a more timely manner.

I ordered a mermaid fin for my daughter, intending to make or purchase a tail to wear with it. She absolutely loves it! I found the exact same product on another site for $10 more. I placed my order, immediately received a text confirming the order, then received my product a few days later. There's nothing I would have changed about the transaction!

Wasn't sure how well this suit would work but seemed to work great (either physically or it did a good mental job!). My 12 yo dropped time when it counted to make needed cuts. On sizing: about 1 size down for muscular, thick-built swimmers but thin-built swimmers may go down at least 1-2 sizes from normal competition suit. Metro delivered fast when ordered directly from shop or thru Amazon.

This is probably not metroswimshop's fault but my order has been delayed for the past three days and the USPS website does not even say when it will arrive. It's probably President's Day-didn't think about the post office being closed-but it would be nice it they would at least give an eta. That said, I'm still a big fan of supporting the post office over UPS or Fedex.

I bought a 26 nike suit for my son too tight call to go a bigger size they I can reorder but I would have to pay shipping charges and could not w as v ed fee so much for customer service.

I ordered a tech suit that I could not find anywhere else in the color/size my son needed. Metro had every size and every color. I really needed it soon so paid extra for 2-day shipping and it came right on time. I even phoned to make sure all was good, and phone service was excellent. Email updates were great too. Oh, and I even got 10% off with the coupon code. My son loves the suit and has dropped time in every race.

metro swim shop made it easy to order suits and try them on and then return them when you are not near a swim suit store. They were helpful and pleasant by phone. And prices very competitive. My only critique was I found the correct size through others reviews rather than from customer service person

I ordered this new Speedo Fast Skin for my daughter on Wednesday, we needed it by Sunday for a big meet. I paid extra for 2 day air which meant it should have arrived at the latest on Saturday. The suit arrived on Monday. Extremely disappointed and will not order from this company again. I have ordered from other online swim stores and they offer 2 day free shipping and it arrives in 2 days!

I ordered my suits on Saturday and was supposed to get them on Thursday. I was emailed on Friday, a day after the expected arrival date saying they were on back order. That was way too late for something that should have been said earlier in the order process, not after they were supposed to show up. I am supposed to have these suits for a banquet and was never offered any compensation and might have to show up empty handed.

I ordered two swimsuits on the 8th of January and still had not received them by the 22nd. I emailed asking the status. Evidently they were shipped to the wrong address. With no solution offered I had to ask whether I could get them reshipped or refunded. After asking them to be reshipped, I was told that I would receive my order within 4-5 business days. On February 4th I finally emailed them asking for a refund since I still had not received my order. On the 5th of February I received an email confirmation stating my order had shipped...on the 4th. Had I not emailed them asking for the refund, I still doubt I would have received my order. Definitely not worth the time I spent to save a few dollars.

I ordered a Nike Youth Swim Parka and was really excited because it was the best deal online, I even told other parents from our swim team what a good deal metro was offering. I received an email with my order details and receipt. After about a week of their website sending me emails saying "Did something go wrong, you still have items in your cart?" and no word on the item shipping either I decided to call in. I was told the item had been discontinued and was no longer available. I asked when they had planned on letting me know this and the girl said "you didn't receive an email?" I said no and she said I could pick a different color but those colors wouldn't have coincided with our team so the order was canceled. I ended up ordering from swimoutlet.com. Got the item my daughter wanted and it has already shipped. Wish it had worked out with metro, would've saved me a week of my daughter waiting for her parka she earned and $6. Maybe next time...
