United States | 25 August 2015I ordered three items.. One was sent. A second one is apparently being sent from the vendor -- but I have heard nothing - no tracking info; nothing. The third item is on back-order. But I was not alerted that it was on back-order when I placed the order (info other web-sites routinely provide). If i had known, I would not have placed the order. My conclusion: I will not use Metro Swim again.

United States | 25 August 2015Metro Swim has great products at great prices, but I had a roughy time placing an order from the website. It would not accept my log in/password, but after an email to the IT gods it finally worked. Fix the website and it's 5 stars from me!!

United States | 19 August 2015I wish there was more paper work involved in the return process. I used to work at a mail facility, and know not everything goes as planned through the mail. A conformation that a return is going to be done, a conformation that the product was received and then sent back would be great. Otherwise the customer is sitting on pins and needles hoping that the return/exchange is being done. otherwise - the purchasing process was fast and easy

United States | 17 August 2015The merchandise is wonderful and the delivery was quick but I couldn't find out anything about tracking the shipment until a day after I received the merchandise, then at 1 am in the morning I received tracking info and an email after the items had been delivered already. very weird.
