United States | 30 July 2015Metro has very good prices and good customer service but I never feel like I am getting the best price. There are too many last minute deals. I wish that every time I logged onto Metro that I know I could get the 20% coupon offor total purchase over a $50 or that Metro was better than. Amazon and swimoutlet. Many times I purchase items on Metro for quality and service but 2 days later I get an email about 20% off total purchase. It is very frustrating. If feel like I am getting conned. Did I receive the code because I made the purchase and you want me to buy more or do I have bad luck and just should have waited for the coupon. Lastly, I wish I didn't have to wait until a swim meet to buy 2 or 3 swimsuits and receive a discount.

United States | 29 July 2015I bought a competition swim suit for my daughter. Not having bought this kind of suit before, I asked for size advice. I talked to two people at Metro Swim. One advised me to buy a size or two smaller than what was indicated by the Speedo chart; the other advised me to buy two sizes larger. I talked to a Speedo customer service rep and was convinced that the sizing chart was accurate, so I bought the recommended size and it seems to fit very well. Needless to say, I don't have confidence in the sizing advice provided by Metro Swim. After ordering a suit on sale, I called in a couple of days to check on shipping. I was told that the suit was out of stock and that they were intending to contact me about it. There were suits in other colors in the size needed. When I pointed out that they cost twice as much, I was told that the sale price would be honored for the non-sale suit. I was obviously happy about that. When I expressed anxiety about getting the suit on time because 2-3 days had already gone by, I was given 3-day shipping so that the suit would arrive on time. After the weekend I called and could only be told that the suit had shipped. There was no way to know what the expected arrival date was. Luckily, the next day the suit arrived. And, as I noted, it fit. All's well that ends well. I was certainly given good service on the suit substitution and shipping. As for the tracking, it was disappointing that I couldn't get accurate information. And, finally, the sizing advice I got was wrong in both directions.

United States | 25 July 2015I ordered 2 suits in size 28. They say 28 but one is huge and the other tiny. Actually probably a size 24 and 34. I buy these suits in these brands regularly at local swim shop. I will return these and continue shopping at the local swim shop from now on. I now have to pay for return shipping....added frustration.

I wanted a specific color and, thus when prompted, chose for color options one and two the same color choice. Three days later I received an email that my order could not be fulfilled because the company did not have my color choice. If you're not picky, this might be the place for you, but if you're set on a specific piece of merchandise.... buy elsewhere

United States | 23 July 2015There was a computer problem that listed a suit as $0.00. When I ordered the suit, instead of calling about the error, or canceling the suit order, metro swim charged my credit card for the amount of the suit they wanted to charge and shipped it. Then they told me the only way to get my money back was to return the suit. I WAS CHARGED FOR SOMETHING WITHOUT AGREEING TO PAY THAT AMOUNT. I WAS NOT GIVEN A CHOICE. Most companies honor their computer mistakes. At the very least they could have contacted me about the mistake. Metro swim fraudulently charged me and then they were rude when I called about it. The "manager" even hung up on me by saying "Things on the Internet are not just free." I will be returning my entire order and will not be ordering from them again. How am I to know that the cost listed when I click submit is what they will charge me in the end? My child is a club swimmer and I order swim gear frequently. This was my first experience with metro swim and it will be my last. I will take my business elsewhere.

United States | 23 July 2015I was pleased to receive the googles I purchased in a timely manner. However I was not pleased to find out that 2 swim suits that I purchased were not available. I had to call in to find out what happened and was told that they reached out to the manufacturer and they weren't producing the suit anymore. I was disappointed because it shouldn't have allowed me to make the purchase in the first place.
