When I saw the prices on Speedos here, quite frankly, I did not have high hopes. It seemed unreal to hope for quality, exceptional price, AND speedy service. Definitely proved me wrong! I got exactly what I ordered delivered in about 4 days. Already recommended to my friends on social media!

I am very happy with my purchase from Metro Swim Shop. My only concern was when I checked back to see shipping details not tracking number was provided on the website and the status of the order said received so I was confused because I thought that meant I received my order but I hadn't. I guess that meant that they have received my order. Wish this was communicated better on the website.

Great suit - but too big. I searched everywhere to buy a tech suit for my small 9 yr old daughter who made TAGS (TX state championship meet) in an individual event and a relay. She is approximately 57 pounds and 53 inches. She is thin with small bones, but has a little definition in her arms and shoulders from swimming (her indv. cut was in the 100 fly). While this suit was very difficult to get over her bottom and seemed to fit her up top - it was fitted and pressed down on her shoulders and was hard to get on, it was too big in the legs. The material on the side of her legs bunched up - and let in water. It is a size 16 - the smallest size made by Speedo. The suit is built for girls with bigger legs and/or bigger bones. If you want to get a suit for a smaller sized girl, I recommend the Speedo Fastskin II Youth. My daughter wears a size 20 in that and its very tight - as it should be. Its not a knee skin - so you don't have to worry about the legs. I also purchased it from Metro Swim! Metro swim had great prices on both suits! 4 stars instead of 5 because Speedo needs to do a better job with its size charts - to take into account that leg circumference matters AND needs to make suits for girls with smaller bones - or somehow warn or make clear that it may not fit small framed girls . My daughter does have some muscle on her legs... The legs are so big, that I'm not sure she will ever be able to wear this suit or any of Speedos' knee skins. - As for why a tech suit for a 9 yr old?- its tradition on her swim team for the girls to get knee skins if and when they make it to TAGS. I bought this one only because it was the smallest suit I could find.

The suit I ordered was exactly what I expected and it arrived earlier than expected. Just in time for my distance swim.

Love the selection and the prices! I found this site after my usual swim gear haunts did not have the size/color of a suit I wanted. Honestly, I was not crazy about the shipping cost for one item, BUT after looking around the site some more, it was not hard to get my total order amount over the minimum required for free shipping. Added bonus - my order arrived several days before I expected it. Overall, I am very satisfied and will be back for more.

We've had two experiences with Metro recently. The first was a visit to the store to get a new tech suit. The staff was very helpful and informative. It was a terrific experience, like many we've had there before. The second was at the NJ Swimming Zones gear pickup at Princeton last weekend. It was poorly organized and understaffed, as it was last year. I stood in line for an hour to pick up a pre-ordered packet. We never did make it to the table where the staff was. At 11:20 or so, with the practice over and the kids dressed and the line of parents not moving, I asked my daughter to find the packet with her name. We checked to make sure the order was accurate (it was) and we left. It's time to improve this process, either by being set up before the start of the session (the staff was unloading the truck at 9:30, when the session started) or by increasing the staff of the distribution. I also suggest that you set up one line for people picking up packets (and only picking up packets) and another for people wanting to also make purchases or exchanges.

I sent in my order and they emailed me days later saying my order was canceled, and I'm not sure why. Also, I emailed back asking if I was refunded and never received a reply.

I solely purchase items online based on price & shipping cost. Keep up the reasonable pricing.

The price of the Speedo Teamsters Duffle was significantly less than others and it arrived in 4 days, with free shipping. I'm satisfied!

Got exactly what I ordered in the time that was estimated. Good products for a good price.

I gave this product 4 stars because it's an excellent soap and does what it claims. The price was also very competitive. Delivery was prompt. However, the packaging consisted of simply sticking all the bars(12) in a plastic envelope. The bars of soap were crumbly and the individual boxes were crushed, open, or otherwise mutilated. The bars are intact, just a bit rough around the edges. A little bubble wrap or cushioning of some sort when packing would have been helpful.

Website consistently is showing errers. Some Items are not showing very well photo that I have ordered wrong goggles.

I ordered some caps and they came quickly and in great condition. Would recommend this service to many others.

Paid for one day shipping and it has taken over six days to ship. I have emailed their customer service email 3 times and heard nothing back. I expect to be refunded. I needed my suit at a specific time and that is why I paid a huge expense for one day shipping.
