United States | 17 July 2015I ordered tech suit for my daughter 2 plus weeks before important meet. Suit was a good price but incorrect suit and size was in box (box marked correctly). How does that happen? Well, it has happened twice with them so far so I should have learned my lesson the first time. I returned incorrect suit via ups label provided by them and they let me know the correct suit was sent. I sent multiple emails asking for UPS tracking number and if suit had been mailed. Nothing. No replies at all. It has been one week and no email, no credit and no suit. I had to go to a reputable site and overnight deliver the suit. Buyers beware! I am waiting for credit or suit (which will be returned since it is too late). Never again I don't care how cheap they are. You buy cheap you buy twice.

United States | 16 July 2015They use two days shipping. That's really great. Also, their price is good with discounts and coupons most of the time. However, their system didn't show real inventory. So they will cancel your order if they didn't have it and system still doesn't reflect the fact. I tried to write to them twice. One is for cancelled item. The other one is for return. No one answer back. I still don't know how to start the return process. Maybe I just mail it back to see if I could get a refund. Let's see later.

United States | 15 July 2015I ordered technical suits for my kids and did not pay extra for speedier shipping because I thought I had plenty of time before our state meet. After they were ordered (on a weekend) my kids became upset because I had my dates crossed and the meet started a week away and I should have paid for faster shipping. I tried to call but it was after hours. The VERY next day I had a shipping email that my package was sent and I had it 2 days later. This may not happen to everyone based on where they live but I am so grateful and we have our suits for this week!!!

United States | 15 July 2015I had my first order for 3 swim suits and I only got one. I called for the mistake. They said "how can this happened?" I said, "good question, it never happened to me either in all my online orders before with any other company." Anyway, they did mail me the 2 suits later. This time I ordered for 3 swim suits again, and they were delivered in 3 days. Very impressed as I have not paid for any extra money for expedite the shipping.

United States | 15 July 2015I've bought 2 swim backpacks from Metro -- the Dolfin and the Head Prestige Elite. Both have nice features and right size but are delicate packs that will start fraying and tearing within months and be unusable after a year or two. (My Jansport hiking daypack is still going strong after 35 years.) Metro customer service was not able to advise me on which backpacks were most durable. The 30-day Metro warranty is not helpful. And, Metro included hair conditioner that emptied in transit--conditioner filled the mailing bag--it'll be nearly impossible to put the invoice back together. Secure your liquids Metro! Other than the swim backpacks and unsecured liquids am satisfied with Metro -- especially the Rx goggles.

United States | 13 July 2015I am disappointed with the "speedo" backpack that I purchased for my daughter. The backpack is very small, not very durable and has a very small Speedo logo on the side. The picture shows a larger Speedo logo, like most of the Speedo backpack I have seen in the stores. It makes me question the authenticity of the product. It's going back to Metro Swim today! Metro Swim did take care of the return. I'm just unhappy with the product.
