This suit fits so perfectly! I love it!!

Gret choic of siuts and were delivered faster than expected

We recently ordered item 25269-BK(-26) Arena's Women's Proskin XP Full for our daughter. We have ordered many of these suits without any complications in the past from Metro Swim and happy with the merchandise, until now. For our recent purchase, we were very disappointed to see what appeared to be an opened/returned item that someone had tried on or used, instead of a new item. The box that contain the suit had been opened and slightly damaged. The plastic bag inside the box that contains the suit had been unsealed/ripped. Upon further inspection, the tags were no longer on the suit, but had been removed and placed in the plastic bag. There were stretch marks on the suit as well as some of the seams area starting to come apart. We have returned the item and awaiting for credit before we re-order the suit again. Hopefully, the next order received will be a new item. Quality inspection of shipped item seemed to miss this time. Opportunity for improvement. Thank you.

I ordered my daughters Life Guard suit here since it is the end of the season, and there were none available locally. The deeply discounted price justified the 3 day ship for which I paid extra. On day 4 I started calling the store and when there was an answer, it was a machine. Then I went online noticed that my order was still marked "received" and started reading the negative reviews for their customer service. I checked Facebook, and again reports of no one responding to phone calls and emails. The next day her suit arrived in the mail. I will tell you that it has now been over a week, and the order is still marked "received" and there is no tracking or shipping info on it! Thus the 4 stars- you need a more attentive online staff.

Good Range of Swim Suits and good Prices

I ordered two bathing suits on sale. It was the best price I could find, by far. My order came in two days and was exactly what I expected.

Products should not be able to be purchased if they are on backorder. I would not bother purchasing from this website again.

I ordered Speedo swim shoes last Saturday August 1 and still have not received them. Where is my order?

I had been searching for a swim suit for a while and found this one on sale. I ordered it right away (after measuring) and it fits great! Shipping was fast and efficient!

My daughter just started swimming so we were looking for the equipment she needs at a price we could afford. Metro Swim had everything we need much cheaper then any other site I looked out plus with the free shipping it was cheaper then any store around us.

Good prices, Fast service, easy ordering, even though i had little bit of trouble when trying to order on ipad. It would be helpful if size availability was clear before you click on item, not a big deal, but would spare you disappointment, when you really like something. /some items have that info up front/ The only thing which disappointed me was, i had 10% off, next day 20% off coupon popped up :) I would definitely use them again

Ordered 6 suits. 3 were delivered. 3 back order to December. No help.

I placed an order for 2 male suits and 2 female. I received notice that one of the female suits was sold out and my items were shipped. I would have liked to have been able to choose a replacement for the sold out suit, in order to avoid the charge for shipping an order for one suit (less than the $40 free ship option) before the remainder of the order shipped. I measured myself, followed the guidelines, and received a swimsuit that didn't fit - at all. If your measurements aren't exactly the same as those in the chart, what do you do?!
