We ordered our a swim suit almost two weeks ago and the status on the site tells "processing" . We received no emails/text updating the status. The price of the product with Metro Swim shop was $30/ cheaper than offered at Speedo. I don't think the difference in price justify the wait. Next time, if Metro wants my business, they better be prompt in delivering the product.

I ordered a male jammer team suit to replace a lost one almost 2 weeks ago to ensure its delivery by this weekend for a meet. Received a girls suit on Monday, called ASAP to correct order and was assured it correct item would arrive by weekend. On Thursday I get a call confirming order which I assumed was en route and was again told not to worry, it will be here, needless to say, we did not receive correct item in time for the meet.

I have purchased 2 knee skins from here at different times. Both times i have paid extra for next day shipping. Both times i also found out the size i purchased was out of stock! Leaving me and my daughter scrambling for a suit.

I ordered a suit for my son for district meet for next weekend and I have not received it yet, he has to have it by next Thursday!

I was most concerned about the arrival time since I ordered late Saturday night. I emailed the vendor explaining the dire urgency to receive the suit by Friday (swim championship on Saturday). The vendor exceeded my expectations and suit arrived Wednesday evening via UPS. Suit was a fraction of cost than in store but of same quality! I will use them again !!!

Waited a week and 1/2. No communication and then got a notice that the items weren't in stock and were being cancelled. No further explanation. So much for my Valentine's day present for my girls that I ordered in plenty of time. Next time Amazon!!! I won't waste my time with this small time vendor again!
