This as got to be the worst electric and gas supplier going! We cancelled our Contract and yet they still want us to pay a hundred pound a month until our property is sold because they can't stop the supply of energy can only go with another company! What con merchants!!!! No one is living in the property and nothing is being used. Do yourself a favour never go with this company!

Spoke with Andrew Taylor regarding my monthly direct debit electric bill - he was very helpful and arranged to update my notes and discount. He was polite and came across as concerned about my issue.

The change of energy supplier to ENGIE went without a hitch. We now have the comfort of knowing that the energy price will not increase over the next 2 years as we have signed up for a fixed deal to September 2021. 4 stars given instead of 5 due to our energy monitor not able to link with the new supplier.

Contacted Engie to discuss change of tariff when it becomes due for renewal in September. Spoke to Deborah Reeve whom I found extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble and happy with advice given.

This review is not about their home energy part of the business but rather work they are contracted to do for a social housing landlord one of the biggest in the Uk, Clarion. Engie has been booked into to attend my property for over a month to remove some unwanted household waste from previous tenants. They failed to have any contact with myself and also failed to attend. I’ve now have over £1600 of rubbish in my garden for over a month and getting it moved is a nightmare! Clarion are as much use as a chocolate spanner in a lit incinerator. I’m so disappointed as I never had issue with Engie before now but now I do and I will be making a formal complaint

Having only recently changed to Engie I do not have any experience of dealings with them. All I can say is that I have had trouble with getting into my account a few times as it would not accept my correct email & password. It all seems ok now though.
