I spoke to Deborah who explained that there was no exit fee and then offered to find us the best deal she could. She was very informative and whether we stay or not, I can safely say that the customer service at Engie is excellent and it will be a huge factor in our decision.

He was able to rectify the problem & although processed a much higher payment due for me, it did stop me from getting a bill I would of struggled to pay in the future. I've been with Engie for well over a year now & I'm very glad that I switched to them. Many thanks John

United Kingdom | 06 July 2019I've been very happy with Engie since we switched almost 2 years ago and looking at the options to change/continue on expiry of our current tariff in Sept 19 phoned to check if an internal switch before the 49 day no exit penalty periond would apply. David G confirmed it was Ok and penalty free to swap now and arranged a follow on 2 year fixed tariff over the phone, with a modified DD payment all in about 5 mins.. 24 month fixed tariffs are rare and with a minimal uplift from our old one feel comfortable that subject to the intervention of extreme winter weather we know exacly our energy committment into Sept. 21, David G was polite, friendly professonal, knew the answers and did the business - couldn't ask for more

United Kingdom | 06 July 2019I called Engine today to discuss my direct debit and recent changes in billing due to metre reading. Spoke to Andrew Taylor who was helpful knowledgeable and full of joy. He dealt with my initial query but also advised of future billing changes and going forward what to do when my current contract and tariff end. It was great that a single customer service agent could deal with my numerous questions without passimg me on to another department. He had all my information to hand and was able to quickly analyse the data. If they were giving out awards for exceptional customer service Andrew Taylor gets top marks. His quick wit and banter was good too. Nice to talk to a fellow human

I have primarily been dealing with a lady, Sarah McKenzie, who could not have been more helpful or done anymore to resolve my difficulties. Return telephone calls were made promptly and on time and nothing was too much trouble for her; I wish all business were as good. I will certainly be recommending Engie to family and friends.
