Thanks Deborahfor sorting out the mistakes of one of her colleagues.I was concerned that my move from my previous uncaring provider had been a mistake but I hope things will move more smoothly now or I shall be back to the lovely Deborah again . Fingers crossed

Phoned as a new customer as they blocked my switch. Guy was rude and defensive. Reluctant to assist me read the meter as I've never had a smart meter before. Poor customer service. Can't wait to get switched over!

Well since I have been with ENGIE I have nothing but praise for this company when I phoned them it is sorted with one phone call and not hanging around for hours as with big companies to get an answer would recommend ENGIE to friends and family keep it up with your outstanding service from your Customer Service personal Thanks again

Engie! What a fantastic member of your customer service team I was able to speak to! My Step Dad has always sorted out my Gas and Electricity for me as I'm clueless and at the ripe old age of 36 I thought it was time I put my big girl pants on and learn. Your advisor Dominic really was very patient with me. Was happy to explain various queries etc that I had. Nothing was too much trouble. He made me feel a valued customer! That doesn't happen very often in this day and age. Whilst you are not the cheapest provider based on my fantastic customer service experience that I received from Dominic I will be taking your services to my new property! Dominic deserves at least 10 birthday bumps on his next birthday, a payrise and some naughty food! Thanks again Dominic! Jess xxx

Debbie was very calm and patient with me, considering I was so grumpy about the repeated failures to submitt my meter read online. A problem that keeps happening. She also told me all the information about the end of my fixed tarrif and what I would roll over onto at the end of my term. Thank you for your help

Debra dealt with my enquiry with freindlness and efficientcy. Throughout my contract with engie I have to say theie customer service has allways been 5*. Which cannot be said for all energy suppiers. Thanks Bill

Spoke to a lovely lady called Deborah this morning when calling to pay my bill not only did she take my payment she gave me some holiday advice thank you am looking into it . When ever I phone I always get great customer service well done Engie especially Deborah today .

Fantastic service. Not only have my bills decreased substantially I have always spoken to very helpful friendly advisors. They have always been helpful. It makes so much difference speaking to (real!!) caring people. I was nervous about having an online account when I signed up a couple of years ago but now I recommend Engie to everybody. Special Thank you today to Debbie Reeve for being extra "human". So many people are taught to say, "Have a nice day" but it isn't "real". Thankyou today Debbie for the help and friendly chat!! Excellent tariff,no hassle transfer and very user friendly. Great communication by e-mail to remind of meter reading and all communication is clear and understandable. But what is so important.All energy sourced from renewables.

Sent an email and got a response within a couple of hours, had a lovely chat with Debra who was more than helpful, haven’t had any issues with this company unlike my previous gas company I was with. A🌟

Awful company to deal with. Customer service is appalling. I pay my bill within 1 week of receiving it & constantly receive demands for payment up to 2 months after bill has been paid. When I phone customer service they admit the account is clear and will get line manager to contact me. Which they never do, I feel giving them 1 star is to much if there was a "0" they get it. Avoid this company unless you want never ending headache

Really awful customer service. I transferred away from them and they managed to turn my £75 credit balance into a £35 debit overnight. I am still paying them (and my new supplier) two months after leaving them. I complained and got some smug guy being very condescending (and useless) on the phone. They do not listen to their customers problems. Do not touch them with a barge pole!!!!

I spoke to Andrew Taylor this evening who was very helpful and professional. He took on board everything I said and was a star. A total credit to your company, particularly as my enquiry was somewhat confusing, with family members residing with us at various intervals over the past few months. Not only was he professional but polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and through him I now have peace of mind knowing my calculations are within the estimated range.
