Very pleased with the excellent service I received on my phone call to Engie today, Speedy response and professional services. Engie are to be congratulated on their policy of changing customers over to a new cheaper tariff without them incurring exit charges. Thank you Tom for your help today.

I called today to change my Fixed September 21 V3 tariff to Fixed September 21 V7 and spoke to a very pleasant girl (Evita). She was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She told me that what I asked for would be completed by the back office as here machine would not allow her to complete the task. She confirmed that the task will be completed by Monday and that there would be no penalty charges for changing an ENGIE tariff. I also discussed why the customer service department was receiving such a low score as both mine and my neighbour have had nothing but first class support. Well done and keep it up. Update! I have just been informed by the back office that my request has been completed. Once again Great service

Requested to put my name on the account today as I just moved in to the property. Vlad took me through a quote and provided me with the best deal available, most companies don't even tell you that there are cheaper options available. Good start with Engie.

Rang Engie to ask about current tariffs and make a payment was most fortunate to end up speaking with Jordan Emery on their customer services desk who couldn't have been more helpful if he had tried. Excellent service, outstanding advice regarding current tariffs and came off the phone smiling, very pleasant experience and informative. Been with them a couple of years now and thus far all dealings with them have been outstanding.

I have only just switched to Engie after 10 years with First Utility . I am due to pay my first direct debit to Engie on 1st July . I have no history with Engie so I am not able to give you an opinion on their performance --- but so far the switchover from my old supplier has gone well

I contacted Engie as i have recently moved house and wanted to switch my energy supplier to a different supplier. I was on the phone with Anthony Greener and he was able to create an account for me and set me up online. I am now in the process of moving away from Engie as i want Green energy (and was able to save approx £500), but the process over the phone was very straight forward and dealing with Engie and Anthony was straightforward and easy.

I spoke to Deborah today as I was having trouble with my Mother's electricity meter. She was friendly (something I really appreciated) and when she found out I wasn't on the account sorted it out and spoke with my Mother to get permission to speak to me. Unfortunately we got cut off when I went outside to look a the meter. Within a few moments Deborah had rung both my mobile and the landline to get back in touch and help me resolve the problem. Wonderful service for which I am exceedingly grateful to Deborah for.

I have recently transferred my supply to Engie & am experiencing issues, I have now discovered are being caused by my previous supplier Scottish Power. Anthony was extremely helpful during my call today & his customer service was outstanding. He demonstrated excellent listening skills, without interrupting & acted promptly on the information I gave him. Well done Anthony & Engie. I am so glad I switched.

I telephoned Engie today to discuss my monthly payment as i had received notification that this would be increasing the next month. Andrew Taylor was polite, personable and a pleasure to do business with. He knows the various products well and clearly explained my current tariff and that there was an alternative that i could consider which was a fixed to September 2021 tariff which i have gone with. I was very happy with the service provided by Andrew today. He is an asset to your company.

Nice and painless switch from Shell Energy to ENGIE thanks to Thomas Westgarth. Really happy with the customer service experience and the easy switchover process. Ended up phoning as the Compare the Market website wasn't working properly. Setting up the online account could have been easier (two duplicate automatic emails sent and then a new password link was requested about 40 minutes ago and it still hasn't come through) but the in-person support has been great with Tom. Makes up for the shortcomings in the auto-email generation!

I reported that my meter was faulty and it took Engie 10 weeks to replace it. That was after a first failed appointment where the engineer never turned up, and I didn't get any notification. The new meter was installed on the 22 May and the old meter readings were given to me and relayed back to Engie. Engie decided to put their own estimated readings in and ignored the meter installers reading. I have been chasing these readings since 22nd May. I have made yet another complaint and after the promise of getting back to me in 5 working days I was left in limbo yet again. Called, and complained again this morning, but I'm not holding my breath. They continually blame the back office, who ever they are? Shame on them. Leave well alone. I am now in the process of leaving. DO NOT TOUCH! ***Update*** After speaking to Anthony Greener this morning my meter reading issues have now been resolved. He was very quick in solving the issues, I only wish I had spoken to him weeks ago. 5 stars for Anthony for this mornings customer service. Thank you again. ***Further Update*** Having left Engie over 6 weeks ago they still haven't settled my account as I am in credit by over £200. I'm told they can't accept my own readings, and that the readings have to come from my new supplier. I have already had a bill from my new supplier with the final meter readings so I know they are available. They seem to be holding on to my money for some reason. I complained 3 weeks ago with no success, so I guess Ofgem will be my next port of call. Best advice, if you are stuck with Engie make sure you're never in credit!
