United Kingdom | 20 May 2019Phoned late on Saturday evening (18th May) to discuss incorrect email address on my account. Spoke to Emma Keillor who was ever so pleasant and efficient. Problem sorted very efficiently, test email sent / received. Mentioned that existing fuel plan expired end of June. Got full information of new plan and without any pushy sales talk. Just good information / advice. Life could be much improved, if other companies could mimic Engie on how to provide an excellent service. Keep up the standard. Brilliant.

After a talk with Daniel I came to the conclusion a better deal than the one Engie offered might be possible but differences would be minimal. I decided to stay with Engie with whom I've never had any complaints. Thanks Daniel for explaining everything in words my 87 year old brain could understand......

United Kingdom | 20 May 2019Fantastic customer service from Engie, just spoke to Andrew Taylor regarding obtain quotes from a well-known Price Comparison site, these quotes looked really promising unit I was advised by Andrew to look at the unit rate and standard charges. Once I checked all the ones offering me large savings I was surprised that all the unit rates and standard charges were more than Engie. Andrew did not do the hard sell for Engie, but left it to me by offering good advice on how to check the best savings and I was surprised that the new September 21 Tariff was offering me more savings. Thanks Andrew, brilliant advice and support and thanks Engie, I do not have to change suppliers and thanks for supporting existing customers, as many companies fail to look after their existing customers.

United Kingdom | 20 May 2019Switched to Engie Home Energy in early 2018 and reduced my annual payment and I am happy with the latest quote for Green Fixed Sept 21. Daniel was very helpful and I am satisfied to fix rate for 2 years. I was concerned how many cheaper energy companies have failed.
